    Bad Points: Un-lit car park, surrounded by scrap yards and mini-skip providers! Tatty, dirty porta-cabin, car keys hung on a string on the wall, no seating, filthy toilet with a broken seat. I could go on and on and on.


    General comments: I booked this through Airmiles thinking it was BCP arrived in the dark, eventually found this unlit filthy old yard by chance. There was no lighting but the yard was surrounded by scrap yards, a lovely place to be at night. If I had been on my own I would not have entered the site. After waiting, eventually put into a very aged transit van which was so dirty I was loathed to sit on the seats. It took ages to get to the terminal and the driver just stopped and said nothing. On return I phoned as directed but queried the instruction 'go to the west door' as there was no sign to indicate where this was, I was rudely told to ask somebody. We stood outside in the rain with fellow Economy Customers for 40 minutes some had been waiting over an hour. Because it was dark we could not inspect the car for damage.I have formally complained to Airmiles and BCP who have said 'they will look into it', but I got the feeling we were the only complainers, I have now read the reviews on this site and realise this is not true. Not recommended.

    Arrived at Car park in good time for flight and check-in etc. Parked up and had to wait in grotty porta-cabin, no refreshment machine and limited seating. Staff appeared to have had no customer service training, attitude of staff on counter something to be desired. From my understanding they were a driver down, signs clearly marked all over the porta-cabin that transfers were every 10 - 15 mins, after 50 mins we were off to the terminal in a van!!!!     Run on a budget that simply is not good enough
