I recently booked with Purple Parking for Manchester Airport parking. The car parking was with DMD at Styall Rd. I have a motorhome and this site said they took them for an extra £10 a week payable on arrival. On arrival they tried to charge me £15 but as it was clearly stated on the Purple Parking paper work they honoured this. Recently returned to my car which was booked into purple parking Gatwick after a week's stay to find two dents in the boot and my right rear break light smashed. Clearly the car had been reversed into something. It was 11pm at night, our flight had been delayed and we wanted to get home. “Slowest transfer possible”

Got to Purple Parking at 04:30, just missed the bus. Sitting in the next bus waiting for half an hour to depart, not 20 min as they say. Driver was so slow, first took us to North Terminal where he waited for ever to pick up passengers - then slowly went to South Terminal. Consequently, it took us almost an hour to get to South Terminal i.e. 15 min more than the journey from home. Staff couldn't care less. Will never use them again… Read Full Review

I would just like to say how pleased we were with Purple Parking (Meet and Greet) at Manchester Airport going and returning from our recent holiday Sat 12th and Sat 19th July). We telephoned to say we were on our way and by the time we arrived at Terminal 3 a very smart driver flagged us down and took possession of our car (no waiting at all). I have used Purple Parking several times when I have flown from Heathrow Airport ... I have read some negative reviews on here , but this has never been my experience. The instructions that they give you are very good and they have always been on time to pick you up (in my experience) . Friends of mine also speak highly of their service . “cant find carpark using satnav with postcode they supply”

used meet and greet and T5 Heathrow and returned to notice that most of the small change was stolen from car - how did i notice? The cup holder was full before and has been for months but was half empty suddenly. I told purple parking not expecting a refund or compensation but for their own benefit yet they didn't get the point and just advised me of the T&Cs. “Ok until you have a problem.”

I have used Purple Parking many times with no issues UNTIL I booked through Purple Parking to use CSL Stansted. When we returned from our holiday, we found our car had been scratched on both the front and rear bumpers. We notified Purple Parking of this but they werent interested. BE WARNED, CSL STANSTED IS STILL LISTED AS A CAR PARK OPTION. AVOID AVOID! I have only given 3 stars due to previous good service, but I will never use this agent again… Read Full Review
