“Really pleased with security”

The valet was waiting for me on arrival and helped me unload my bags. Unfortunately I left my mobile phone (expensive one) on the front passenger seat in full view and did not find this out until I was through security. I didn't need to worry, it was there untouched on return. The valet on return was quick and helped load my bags. Nobody had fiddled with the climate control buttons which was a bonus! Good service. “Simple & stress free ”

Although simple & stress free the directions & instructions provided with the booking confirmation were obviously out of date and caused some confusion. Not only for us but for others using the service too. The pick up on return was excellent In the worst weather the driver was great & took us right to the car . “worst ever and they do not care”

I used purple parking this summer and the return journey was horrible. the driver stooped about 50 yard from where he is supposed to stop. and came and told us to bring the bags through a wet grounds. i had 2 large bags and 2 hand bags and when i protested he just said if you want to go home you have to do it then he went back to his bus. i called the center at that time and they informed me that they are trying to call him but he was not answering his radio and when i went to tell him that he… Read Full Review

“Easy airport parking”

An organisation as large as this is dependent on its staff. Whilst some of the drivers are less than customer friendly most are good and some are really very good. The company seems to be genuinely interested in customers experiences. 1st time good, 2nd time ok, this time very poor. From the miserable woman at the gate, when we arrived, to the attitude of the woman on the telephone, when we returned, the impression given was 'why are you bothering me''. On our return, I phoned the number given after collecting our bags and had a conversation with a robotic sounding woman who told me to go to bus stop 17 even though 28 was on the ticket. “Hassle free parking”

As it was our first time flying out of Heathrow I searched for areas to park. I read that purple parking business was located next to the Premiere Inn Bath Road which was where we were staying. I booked it over the Internet which was straight forward and on the day of parking they had all my details. We parked up and we took a mini bus to terminal 2 which took about 10 mins at the most. I have got to let everyone know how helpful the staff at purple parking was in my latest escapade. I had unknowingly dropped my passport in the car and did not know until i went to check in at the airport. I telephoned Purple parking explained the situation. They took my number searched my car and found my passport, text and telephoned me, and had one of their drivers deliver it to the terminal doors. “Service on arriving”

The M25 ground to a halt for two hours, meaning we missed our flight. On arrival we were given very kind assistance to arrange another flight and an overnight stay. This service was beyond their normal service and was greatly appreciated. I have used Purple parking several times but this time they excelled themselves. Parked at manchester airport at start of October. It took a second go round the roundabout to find the entrance but it was actually well explained. From the entrance it was very straightforward. The staff were helpful and pleasant and then it was a 2 minute walk across to terminal 1. Returning the car was ready to pick up, easy to find. “Terrible Experience: Car Ruined”

For Information - Car: Honda Civic Type R. Condition when left with Purple Parking: excellent; secure; dry. Parked at Purple Parking Gatwick Airport for 1 week 7-14 October 2014. When I dropped off my car at the start of my most recent holiday I forgot to pick up my 'phone only realising this after arriving at Terminal 3 departures. Following my agitated call, using my wife's 'phone, to the Purple Parking office they found my 'phone in the car, rang me back to tell me this and to say that my 'phone was on its way to me at T3 on a specified bus.
