“Very poor business service for Heathrow Terminal 5. ”

We used the purple parking business service for Heathrow Terminal 5. The car park at terminal 5 was difficult to find even with a sat nav. Lost and running out of time we tried to call purple parking help line. It took a long time to get through and they were not very helpful. If the directions had said next to premier inn it would have been much easier to find. “LOST MY LUGGAGE”

Member of staff loaded my luggage into the trailer, I was flying from Terminal 2, went via Terminal 3 to drop off a party. On arrival at terminal 2 I had no luggage, even though the driver admitted to unloading everything at terminal 3 they claim not to be responsible - How do i identify to my driver my luggage when I'm on the bus going to another terminal!! “Perfect Purple Parking”

Having use Purple Parking for many years when flying abroad, this year, I decided to give their valet parking a go. In the past it has always seemed rather a luxury; however, this time as we were travelling with our daughter, son-in-law and our not quite 2 year old grandson I decided to investigate the cost. “Rude and incompetent ”

On dropping off my car the the service was fine and we were delivered to the airport in plenty of time. Once we returned from holiday we were picked up in reasonable time (20 mins) but on arriving at the parking lot my car was not ready and we were left on a minibus with no explanation for nearly an hour. Eventually I got off for some fresh air as it was very stuffy despite being told I was not allowed. No explanation or apologies were made. I will never use this service again. “Never again”

Have used the Gatwick car park for over 30 years since the days of BCP and have always been pleased with the service. We arrived on the 23rd May at 7am to an overflowing drop off area and were asked to leave the car on the grass verge to be moved later. We did this and lugged heavy cases across the grass and into the park. Check in and transfer were OK but the driver noticeably disinterested. “Good Start but a Nightmare ending!!”

We booked Purple Parking's Eazypark Meet & Greet at Manchester for our Week's Holiday in May as, traveling with a toddler and the in law's, one of whom has walking difficulties, thought it would be easier and more convenieint to simply arrive at the airport, unload and let someone else park the car than trying to use the standard car parks. “1/4 Tank of fuel gone +scratch +? miles time for the...”

We have used purple parking a few times with no problems this time was very different. On being given the car back at T2 Heathrow I noticed the paper work showed ¾ of a tank when we left it and it was now ½ tank so we checked other things. The trip computer had been reset (why) and there are a couple of scratches on the offside rear wheel arch. This is a fairly new Audi A6 with just a couple of thousand miles on the clock. “Overbooked no space”

Arrived at Gatwick purple parking 24th may having booked and paid for car parking.Told no space as overbooked and to go elsewhere to find parking.Long stay having trouble coping with extra cars turning up so almost missed flight . Happened to us too ended up paying double the price in another car park not a word from purple. Not the stress you need when going on holiday will never use again!!

“Appalling Customer Service”

I have used this company twice this year. On the first time I and many others were queued up in the road waiting for space to be found in the compound. The second time two days ago I was kept waiting 30 mins in a queue waiting to collect my car. There was a complete lack of staff, no management help and staff were so fed up with being overworked they were actively encouraging people to complain. I went online at 10:10am to book parking for my trip to Paris and like normal I obtain a quote for a parking period from 05:30am to 15:30 (same day) and was given a quote of £22.95. I did at the time think it was a little high but I thought hey-ho that must be the rate for today. So I proceeded and confirmed my booking. “Broken down on way to airport”

After the trauma of breaking down on the way to the airport, I rang Purple Parking straight away to state I wouldn't be able to use my reservation As mycar was left on slip road to await recovery and I had managed to arrange a family member to travel to me and take me to the airport - we did get there with minutes to spare. Hi I am in the process oc returning from Tenerife where I have had a fantastic holiday, made more so because of the excellent service provided by your team at Gatwick. Basically I left my phone on show in the centre console of my car (reg shown above) and headed off to the airport. Booked made through Purple Parking at Stansted, though right from the outset the arrangemnts were with 'I Love Parking'. Excellent. Easy to find - swift transfer to terminal. On return - one phone call and we were picked up in 5 minutes and returned to compound. Our car was within a parking bay of the drop of vehicle - easy transfer of cases. “the worst experience in over 30 years”

Picked up at terminal three after a long time that we had been travelling so where looking forward to getting home. we were taken on a slow return to the car after driver had picked up another member of staff. Got back to carpark. Keys put on trailer mudguard and left us all to it. Had to ask where car was. Had to unload ourselves. Our car at exit others were all over the place. I booked meet and greet with PP Meet and Greet but they sub contracted it to "I Love Meet and Greet" without my knowledge. ILM&G returned a damaged car and then refused to take responsibility by hiding behind their terms and conditions which are on display at their car park.
