Good Points: Price
Bad Points: Very poorly sign posted from airport, a longer then expected wait for bus going both ways, too far from airport
General comments: My husband had booked this for us for a 3 week holiday. We got to airport at 5:30AM he dropped me off with luggage as we figured would be easier for just him to jump on bus and return to Term 3. How wrong, very poorly signed posted from airport and even with sat nav he lost his way, and by the time he found it and got on bus, they also stop at every Term on the way back. It is not a simple 10min ride as they advertise on website. I had actually waited for over an hour in the rain for his return. When we returned after holiday we had to wait about 20mins or so to get a bus back, there were so many people needing a lift, when we got to the parking lot there sat a lot of empty buses with no drivers. May I suggest to PP at high passenger peak times that you use more vehicles to accommodate pax and no one is waiting more then a few mins in horrible weather with screaming kids? They were very helpful however when our battery in the car had died for lack of use and they were very quick to give us a boost. All in all I probably would not use them again, it is a lot less hassle to get a friend or cab to drop off and pick up.

Fairly inexpensive, but still poor value for money. The service is very poor. If you want to wait 1-1.5 hours after collecting your baggage to get your car then this is the company for you. Kept us waiting almost one hour from when we phoned to when we were collected. Left us waiting in cold with no information. Surly when we telephoned. Next time I will pay a little more and use a company that is efficient.

Everything about the service...friendly staff, ontime transfer, they call you by your name when you check in (personalised service) they take care of your luggage as soon as you get there. I was worried if they used my car in my absence...but mileage was the same. They put your luggage in their van at their car park and get it off for you at the airport...on your return, you phone them and they take 20-30 mins to turn up...they again take care of everything...they load your luggage in their van ...

We had planned to go by rail, but got let down with trains cancelled, so at very last minute had to drive. Purple Parking came up trumps as we could book the same day we were travelling (some others don't) and although the parking lot is some distance from Heathrow you can get to it avoiding M4 if you have too (which we did).

Perfect timing. Did not have to wait for even 5 minutes - bus was waiting on both journeys. Good and courteous driver. And for us, the parking cost was significantly below others. However, through back roads - the car park is not that far away. Not very near Heathrow

I had a 2 week business trip to Canada and to be fully honest I was a bit nervous to leave my car in the hands of someone else for such a duration (I had only had the car 3 months). So I did what most people would do and work with a personal recomendation.

We have now received the report from the Duty Manager at Birmingham and
can report as follows;
We can confirm that the chauffeurs responsible for transferring your
vehicle from the terminal to the car park and vice versa have confirmed
that they were not involved in any incident which could have caused the
damage to which you refer. Had they done so it would have been brought
to your attention at the time.

I would not recommend that anyone uses Purple Parking. The service was dreadful, a really bad way to finish our holiday. Whilst mistakes happen, to not accept and apologise made the situation even worse. They have taken money from us for a service that we did not receive.

I went to Dubai last year with my husband and two sisters. Flights were around £80 cheaper per person from Heathrow rather than Birmingham but if we were to fly from Heathrow we would then have the inconvenience of travelling down there. Decisions, decisions!

We booked our parking on the internet after doing a search for the cheapest long term parking at Heathrow.
We were gone for 3 weeks and only paid £80. A brilliant deal if you ask me!
The only thing that I would say disappointed me was that Purple Parking are a fair distance away from the airport (Jct 3 off the M4).
When we arrived there they scanned our cars number plate, opened their window and handed me a form with all my details in, told me where to park and opened the boom gate.
