I have had the Sony CMT-CP555 for 5 years and there has not been a single problem.
Bass is perfect for ANY kind of music.
Treble is so good you may hear things in the song that you diddnt hear on other hi-fi`s
The 5 disc changer is quiet and fast.
The tape player is superb aswell as very clear.
If you like copying disks and then playing them The name of the song will scroll across the display.
I would recomend having the DSGX on as it boosts bass and treble.

The Sony CMT-CP555 has a very strong, clear sound.
Lovely system to use.
Very powerful too.
Really should be priced much higher in my opinion.
Highly recommended for sound quality alone.
