As a world traveler, I had not experienced such rude behavior from a customer rep before, as I received today. My flight #254 DFW to Boston on Sept. 10th was canceled. (BOARDING PASS CONF #TF1CWA) I approached the ticket counter and asked for assistance to find another flight . She said she could not help me with no concern or care. 8/21/2017 flew spirit airline from Sea Tac to Las Vegas had no problems getting luggage on, there was 3 people in our party however when we went to board from Las Vegas back to Sea Tac with the exact same luggage they told all 3 of us plus 4 other people that we would have to pay $65 to have our bags checked all of us tried to reason with the woman at the boarding gate/check in but they weren't having anything to do with being nice.. “HORRIBLE!”

Spirit Airlines is the worst airlines I have ever flown with. They cancel flights at the last minute and then you're stuck in an airport to fend for yourself. Everyone I know who has flown with them has complained. Also, if you sign up for the $9 fare club, they automatically bill you every year and you cannot cancel unless you cancel prior to your renewal date. flight canceled because there was no pilots ,lied about refund, no employers to assist with customer service. They charged me for carry on, baggage check and for 2 flights round trip. We never even got on plane. Worst part was before cancelation of flight. they said it would be delayed and had us waiting for 2 hours. after that we had to wait in a anger crowded line. I booked a package deal with Vegas.com, it used Spirit. When I read the reviews I called Vegas.com to see if I could switch airlines.....they would not let me. But it was perfect. No frills, on time, pleasant professional crew. Flight from Boston to Fort Myers 2/22/17 and return flight 4/1/2017. Delayed in Fort Myers due to weather. Worst experience of my life from top to bottom. Nickel and dimes you for EVERYTHING. Calling into the customer service there was an absolute atrocity. They literally only know five words that they were taught from their training manual. Spoke to a supervisor and he was God awful as well. Pray you never have to speak with the "supervisor" Cory. Spirit airlines uses predatory tactics on their customers. Beware of them and choose any other airline. They charged me $55 for a small carry-on. They are sneaky and have very bad customer service. The ramp agents are very rude as are the ticket agents at the counter. It is disgusting how bad of a company spirit is and I will be sure to tell as many people as possible about them. “The worst possible airline ever. So unorganized! ”

We took our flight out of Baltimore extremely unorganized checking-in. It felt like the personnel didn't know what they were doing. We got in a flight 2 days after our arrival in Miami we got notified that our return was cancelled due to a "no show" on the way in. They basically didn't record us getting in the plane. “Doesn't take care of customer”

I travel frequently and have never had such a bad experience ! I have been at the airport since 7am with 3 delays.. It's now 2:00 pm and I should of been at my destiny at 12:15. I have only been told each delay that's it a mechanical issue! Really! I've only been offered a $7.00 food voucher, not sure what that would buy in the airport.?! I would give it zero stars if I could. They canceled our flight yesterday and refunded us for our tickets and bags supposedly. I had to argue with them for over 30 minutes the next day to refund us for bags that we had paid for. The person I had to talk to was incompetent and did nothing to help me. waiting at airport for flight, showed up early , monitor said flight on time, cancelled at the last minute. Airline said due to bad weather but every other airline was still going. The airline never made an announcement as we were sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. Only gave us the option of refund or flight 2 days later!! First time trying Spirit and will never do so again.
