watch out for the
IFE boxes underneath the seats in front
almost every 2nd row has one and it is restricting your legroom especially on such a long flight

Travelling several times to Hong Kong and Chicago, I can only recommend Swiss International Airlines. They offer a good service, are always on time, and they have nice and clean aircraft's. The pricing is reasonable for what you get, and some offers are even very good (especially Asia/USA). They have never lost my luggage or bumped me off a flight. (what I experienced several times with KLM and Iberia).
