On my first flight from Grand Rapids Michigan to Milwaukee, as soon as we took off the plane descended again and scared all of the passengers. When I arrived to change planes in Milwaukee the plane was delayed for 5 hours and we were not allowed in the passenger area during this time. The seats were comfortable for the first five hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the flight was not very smooth.

Who cares about food and comfort! I just want to get from one place to another. By the time I had delays in Atlanta and an 11 hour delay in Milwaukee, from check-in time at ATL to landing at DSM, I could have driven from Atlanta to Des Moines (a 16 hour trip!!) in less time than it took me to fly with Midwest Airlines!!

Fantastic Airline - limited route, but if you're flying in the Central US, none better. Love Midwest.

I've flown Midwest probably 8 times now and each time was an absolute delight.
I used to get 2 cans of drink each flight and sometimes 2 rounds of cookies, but on the last roundtrip I got 1 cup of soda and then 1 cup of water. Probably just little cost cuts so they don't raise ticket prices.

Spacious seating with chairs that lean back (unless you sit near a wing), head rests, and foot rests.

    All around, awesome airline.

Not on all planes, BUT on most there are very spacious leather seats. Definitely first class throughout the whole cabin. Friendly staff and great service. The warm chocolate cookies - I was so disappointed when they didn't have one on the flight from Kansas City to Columbus, OH. Planes appear very clean and I can't remember finding the usual broken and worn seats. My first choice for national travel.

This airline has kind staff, great food, and great aircraft. There is no classes in this airline but big, leather, and 2by2 seating. A great airline!

By far the best non-first class(although most are ALL first class) airline around

I flew from Newark to Minneapolis with Midwest Airlines. I was initially unsure cause I had not heard the name before. But I must say amazing planes, VERY spacious seats. Nice lunch and liquor was cheap too.
    And yes ON TIME.
