    Good Points: Amazing at anything I could throw at it, High end speakers, 5.1 thx setup, subwoofer, movies, music. Really great!!!


    Bad Points: I wish it had larger speaker connectors in the rear.


    General comments: No complaints JVC really made a great product with the JVC RX-DV3SL. They were the first to do it, and this unit hasn't been topped. Everyone else has been making poor attempts to do there own version and no one is buying into it. This one performs really well and the on-screen setup was simple.

    Basically, if you need an excellent DVD player with an incredible picture, with great sound, the JVC RX-DV3SL is for you. If you're looking for sound that is very high end, then this isn't exactly for you. Don't get me wrong, the sound on this is incredible. However, if you're looking for features such as 7.1 sound or THX2, things as such, you won't get the latest in sound technology. Although it's more than enough for the average user. Downside on this amazing system is that it can't play DVD-R ...
