    Good Points: Nice silver color.


    Bad Points: Just a poor AC unit.


    General comments: Don't waste your time purchasing this PLM12000E. I will never buy an Amcor product again. This stupid unit has some sort of internal sensor that only allows the AC to be turned on for certain lengths of time and then it shuts off and the fan is only usable until the thing resets itself or something crazy. I cannot get a steady AC environment going with this unit, it stays on for a few minutes and then turns off for a while.

    Air Conditioner - 12,000 BTU: It has been over 2 months, and the only authorized warranty service vendor in the area still has not fixed this unit. After about 32 calls, most of which were not returned, and numerous lies about whether the part had been ordered, was or was not delivered, and 5 no-show appointments to diagnose or pick up the unit, I am disgusted.
