    Good Points: When it works a good system


    Bad Points: Mesh service is diabolical.


    General comments: In our opinion steer clear of Mesh. The after sales service is non existent. Went wrong after 4 weeks did not turn up to collect 3 times failed to deliver. Customer service team virtually impossible to contact and when you speak to someone there are most unhelpful. Back up helpful line at a £1 a minute cost us £35 in phone calls when their fault. Refused a refund. Mesh offered the worst after Sales service of any company we have every encountered. DIABOLICAL

    Utterly appalling customer service. These people do not care about providing any sort of service. Their call centre staff are rude and deliberately obstructive. I would rather stick pins in my eyes rather than have to deal with them again.
    "Caveat emptor".... be warned. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere. Mesh Computers PLC and their products are just not worth the worry and the hassle.
