    On the 16th June 2008 I parked my car in a bay where I thought it would stay for the duration of our holiday. I noted the bay number & wrote my mileage down and zeroed the trip meter, when we returned on the 23rd june 2008 ,we waited some time for the transfer bus. On returning to the premier parking area the car was in a different area for collection, before moving the car I checked the trip meter it had 12 miles on it, on showing this to the manager of the park, he said I could not have zeroed the meter properly. I am a professional driver Trainer of 30years lgv's & pcv's I know how to zero a trip meter. They do as well because the car had actually done 22 miles.The manager asked me to e-mail a complaint to head office, I did so and I am still waiting for a reply. That's service for you, we won't be using them again. Very unprofessional company. It was the first and last time I will use this service. Because all the comments about checking your mileage in these parks we found to our disgust were all true.

    We parked our car at BCP Ringway Airpark Manchester on 29/07/2004 for 3 nights. They told us to leave our cars with the keys in the ignition and they would park them after we left. We waited for about 30 mins for the transfer, which took another 30 mins (they quote 15 mins transfer); luckily we arrived with plenty of time to spare! On our return to Manchester, we phoned them for pick up; this took another 30+ mins. On arrival at the Airpark I was given my keys and told where my car was. When I g ...
