General comments: Spent a week (20th - 27th June) at this fantastic site, Nant-y-Croi Farm. Scenery is delightful, and the campsite itself was very well kept. Gordon and Mary are fantastic hosts and really care about your welfare and offered good advice about the surrounding areas.
Mwnt and it's beach and mound are an Oasis, great sheltered beach and even bottle nose dolphins made several visits.
All in all would highly recommend to those wanting to get away from it all for peace and quiet in tranquil surroundings.
Will be visiting again next year..and the year after...and the year after etc.

When we got there and pitched our tent there was plenty of space between us and the next people. The owners were always very welcoming and would always say hi if you passed them. We liked it that he came round on his quad bike and said hi and asked if we were OK and most of the time we had quite a long conversation with him. Mobile phones do not work in and around the site but if you go to the top of the hill you get reception. Lots of hot water for washing up in a large building with fridges fo ...

The owner was such a great and friendly farmer, it was nice that he would take time out of his day to come round every evening and morning to see if we were OK. His wife's cooking was delicious, especially her Bara Brith (a type off fruit bread) their dog was so sweet, she would come bounding round every day. If you are thinking of going, take loads of carrots, their donkeys and ponies love to eat them. In you take a wander down to the beach, in one of the fields you cans see the bay, I saw two ...

Turned up at Nant-y-Croi Farm at 10.15 pm, pitched up( couldn't really see where until the morning) ended up in the middle of the field as we discovered the next day. It is a good size site and Gordon was so laid back and pleasant, he came to see us the next day to make sure we settled in ok(wasn't after payment). We recommend this site to anyone, the scenery is beautiful. Saw 4 sealions but no dolphins, hope to catch them next visit(2 weeks time). Pay Gordon a visit you won't regret it!

This was our first camping holiday. We decided on Nant-y-Croi Farm after reading the reviews on this website. All are accurate.
There is plenty of room. Tents/caravans are on a slightly sloping field with stunning sea views (dried very quickly after rain). It is a five minute walk to a private cove to watch for dolphins and seals There are separate male/female toilet blocks with toilet rolls and handtowels provided plus a separate block with 2 family-sized shower rooms. We didn't have to queue. ...

It was our first holiday in Wales, and the welcome we received from the owners of the Nant-y-Croi Farm Campsite in Cardigan, was lovely! They made us feel at home straight away.

The site is very large, and has toilets and showers, that are always clean (they were cleaned twice a day during our stay). The laundry and pot washing room was of the same standard, and they had been thoughtful enough to supply a freezer. There were daily visits to check if everything was OK. The view across the ...

Extremely friendly and hospitable farmer, who makes every effort more than once a day, to make sure you are having a good time and have no problems (and to have a general chat!). Fantastic scenery - quiet and rural with stunning views of the sea and island. Good facilites for campers/caravans - toilet blocks very clean with toilet rolls, soap and hand towels provided! Shower rooms were large and clean - our family got in one comfortably to change, and the showers were nice and hot. Plenty fo ...

Stunning views of Cardigan Bay.Nant-y-Croi Farmis a perfect campsite for young children (5 and 1). Gordon and Mary are fantastic hosts - you must try their cooked breakfasts. Showers always hot - plenty of room for both kids to change in. Ideal sandy, uncrowded beach at Mwnt nearby. Climb the hill (we did it with a push chair) and watch dolphins and seals. We would definitely recommend this fantastic site.

Cardigan, Nant-y-Croi Farm - You really have to stay here, we have found a haven on our door step! Nant-Y-Croi is a superb site, with stunning views. (The photographs don't do it justice at all.) Sheltered on one side by high hedges you look out over the sea. The cliff tops are a short walk away, where you can see seals and I'm told dolphins too. The owner is one of the nicest people we've met, so friendly & accommodating, with daily visits on his quad bike to check everything is okay. I've neve ...

Just come back from a fab weekend at Nant y croi. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people and lots of fun for little ones. Our tent had to be put up in a gale, but luckily both the staff at the farm and some fellow campers helped us from getting blown away, then our electric hook up didn't work, but Gordon, the owner, went out of his way to help us get electricity, raiding his own plugs and sockets etc, to help us out. It is a lovely site with fabulous views. Our two year old loved seeing the co ...

My wife and I found the Nant-y-Croi Farm site purely by accident. We were amazed about what we found at the arrival at Nant-y-Croi farm. The views around the farm are spectacular. You have a fantastic view of Cardigan Island (RSPB), if you like wildlife then this is paradise as you can see sparrow hawks, buzzards, meadow birds - not to mention the sea birds that surround the island. As well as the dolphins and seals that swim close to the cliffs that are in the nearby vicinity. Also, there is ...

My partner and I, with our two small children (5 & 20 months) first came across nant-y-croi a month ago whilst searching for campsites in cardigan. we arrived for a weeks stay to be greeted by the most stunning sea views and Gordon on his quad!! there were acres of space from which to choose our pitch and in which our kids could run riot!! on site there is use of a laundry room with fridge-freezer, washer/dryer and huge double sink with hot running water, all of which were a godsend to a family ...

A stunning view greets you as you turn onto the Nant-y-Croi Farm campsite. Gordon the farmer was very welcoming; he was brilliant with both children and dogs. The animals can be fed mainly carrots and they eat out of your hand. We were very pleasantly surprised with the farm bacon and eggs they were delicious. Just below the campsite there are a few cliffs which seals can be seen from and they do come close so that all there facial features can be seen. Dolphins can also be seen here too. I ...

My girlfriend and I found Nant-y-Croi Farm by chance while looking for somewhere to camp and we could not have been more delighted. The first thing to strike you is the amazing sea view, which is excellent from the field we were camping in and unbelievable from the little cove at the bottom of the farm. From here, we watched a family of dolphins playing in the sea. Apparently seals are often around, too. The farmer, Gordon Thomas, is such a nice bloke that you feel at home right away. He's a bee ...
