    Good Points: frendly staff, very clean and organised, relaxed atmosphere


    Bad Points: none


    General comments: I had a fantastic expeirence at sanrizz st albans i had my wedding hair done there by my stylist who has been looking after my hair for 2 years now. she really made my morning of my big day, all the staff are lovely and always enjoy my expeirence there. i recomend all my family and freinds there i think the prices are exceptional to the quality of work they do. 10/10

    Had a recent cut 'n style at Sanrizz Hairdressers in Muswell Hill, London and thought the service was excellent. I disagree with the fellow reviewer complaining about the prices, I think their prices are fair. Pleasant, friendly staff and good stylists in a relaxed atmosphere.

    Muswell Hill San Rizz is the result of them taking over Mirage who were my hairdressers in the area. While I think the service is good I feel the enormous price rises (same stylists as at Mirage initially although some of them have moved on now) really aren't justified, my wash cut and finish is now pushing £60 when it used to cost me £38 for an equivalent stylist. Nor do I feel the products used justify the prices. For the price I may soon be going to Charles Worthington instead!

    Although I haven't been to the Mayfair salon for a while Ozzie did my hair for several years and I feel moved to add a review to counter the negative ones here. I've been to quite a few hairdressers and spent a lot of money over the years and I've never come across anyone who is better than Ozzie when he's on a good day - I mean never.     I have been a loyal client with Sanrizz in Knightsbridge for the past 3 years where I have only ever had the best service. However at the Mayfair branch, for the amount of money paid and the service received along with the truculent attitude I don't see Sanrizz Mayfair doing any justice to the brand name besides it seems to be mainly a production line for the "Blue Rinse Brigade"
    My only reason for going there is the top stylist Elonora who is one of London's best and this review is in no way ...

    There Is Nothing good to say about Sanrizz they are in my opinion the worst hairdressers I have ever been to staff are rude and unpleasent and prices are sky high. They take hours to do your hair and left me waiting for even longer.

    I visited the Knightsbridge salon recently for a cut and colour. My stlyist was polite and attentive and instantly put me at ease.
    Not only my hair but also my scalp was assessed and an in-salon treatment was recomemnded. The head massage with eucalyptus was fantastic and almost put me to sleep had it been a bit longer.     On a Monday in March 2008 for a free model haircut that was advertised by them. Having had previous model haircuts at various other hairdressing places I did expect there to be a while for it to get done (it is usually 2-3 hours) for a cut, wash and blowdry and expected this at Sanrizz to be not greatly different.     My session for a simple haircut took FOREVER. I've never had to be in salon for more than an hour or so for a cut and yet it wasn't that busy and I was done with my cut and style after nearly 2 hours. Also, the salon tries to be posh yet the atmosphere definitely makes it a bit cheesy and I found that for the price paid the styling products were not top notch. They have kerastase but don't use it to shampoo everybody. If u want to maintain a "ritzy" atmosphere maybe you should go all the way ...

    It was not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially if you have curly or dry hair.

    I got an awful cut and blowdry at Sanrizz hairdressers in London, and although it was reasonably priced, it wasn't even worth it. Never going there again.

    I always feel nervous about going into a salon to get my hair done, but was really happy with everything from start to finish. The staff in Sanrizz Knightsbridge were friendly and helpful, and always asking me if I needed anything. My stylist did a great consultation and really listened to what I wanted. I am definately going back there again and would recommend others to do the same.

    I went to Sanrizz after seeing a promotion in my local fitness first giving members 40% off their first haircut at the Covent Garden Salon. I'm usually a Toni and Guy kind of girl but after looking at other reviews here decided to give it a go.

    The lighting is harsh there (florescent lighting behind white paneling) but clean. The Stylist went through what I wanted (classic layered cut and keep the length!) and then was taken to get my hair washed which was fine. The Stylist did an amazing jo ...

    The staff at the Sanrizz hairdressers in London were unhelpful and unfriendly, and I was overcharged. They claimed that as they were in Mayfair it should be more. However, Sanrizz has a chain of salons, and I found they charge the same, or at least they are meant to.

    Sanrizz, London provided excellent tuition and demonstration of techniques, Superb practical sessions on high quality models. We came away with much to 'unpack' over the next few months.

    We will definitely return for the Photographic workshop, before venturing into this area ourselves.

    Having recently moved to London, it was my first haircut appointment in the City. I chose SanRizz because of the reviews on this site. I had my hair cut just over two weeks ago, and I could not be happier! I have never had so many compliments, even from people I don't know! Yes the prices are on the high side, but you are dealing with experts, and it is well worth the extra money.

    I had my hair done at Sanrizz Hairdressers in London, and found the Harsh light very discouraging.

    The perming was not done well, and my hair just looks bushy, and it was very expensive to have done.

    The receptionist wasn't a very good communicator. She left something, but she did not say anything, so I did not notice it was for me. Or perhaps my tea just never arrived.

    On my first visit to what I considered to be an expensive salon, after many years of going to a good local hairdresser, I was warmly welcomed, made to feel very at ease, and after a consultation with the stylist who spent some time discussing what he was going to do, I was handed over to the colourist.     Sanrizz, London - Very good service from reception to shampooist to stylist. Thorough consultation before cut. Excellent cut.
