Bought Regcure and XoftSpySe two weeks ago. Was told by Paretologic that Xoft was not compatible with Vista and could not be downloaded. Why didn't they state this in their purchasing statement? They say that I will be refunded.
My computer crashed making it impossible to open most of the programmes. Coincidence ? Regcure was the last programme that I downloaded. Have asked for a refund and am waiting. Would I recommend Paretologic ? No thanks.
Going to cost me to have my computer repaired. Worked fine pre Paretologic.

I installed a *Free* version of Paretologic recycle bin recovery tool to get back some accidentally deleted files. Found them no problem and then said i had to buy it for a year - so the Free things not a stretch. It's untrue. here's the rub. I cannot delete the program - the unistall option does not function and it has slowed down the speed of my computer greatly with regular pop-ups saying to install a new dll so i can protect my recycle bin.

Can't get rid of Spyware Guard 2008, the reason I purchashed their software. Also get no response to technical request when you email them. What a waste of money. Still waiting for refund.

There has got to be a reliable system out there that can detect spyware software, like webwatcher. I thought this had good reviews but apparently not.

Haven't used this version (see below) but did use an earlier verision. It was the only program that wiped out WinFixer - Norton saw no problems.
I am SO frustrated that I am having such a hard time reaching the only company that saved my ___ before when I accidentally invited a MAL into my computer. Not sure who the MAL is this time.

I downloaded this software to take care of the spyware and pop ups on my computer. After re starting my computer after the download my computer crashed and I had to pay $200.00 to have my computer fixed. I cannot blame ParetoLogic XoftSpy 3.44 but I can not see why it would be anything else?

Doesn't do much as far as cleaning out spyware etc. My personal opinion the program has its own spyware. Try to uninstall it and you will find out what I mean. It leave the install on your computer and keeps popping up. Finally found out where it was then deleted it. In my opinion the ParetoLogic XoftSpy 3.44 is not worth the hassle.

I can't load the so-called ParetoLogic XoftSpy 3.44 Anti Spyware & Pop Up, Firewall & Parental Filters software access code. I wouldn't recommend this software.

Companies such as this should take note that when people have a problem with their computer they expect that this is resolved as soon as possible, but to keep someone waiting after a week is unacceptable.

How about I use your product for a week and then pay you, would that be acceptable? I don't think so! They were quick enough to take my money, so they should be able to respond and assist users of their ParetLogic XoftSpy anti-spyware software accordingly.

I have been getting scan results from running XoftSpy of a spy program psguard which it couldn't get rid of, and which I managed to eventually delete myself, yet XoftSpy is still telling me I have it on my PC, which I haven't??

Also, when I requested help in getting rid of this plague called PSGUARD, they sent me a message saying the problem had been resolved and that the issue was closed, when it definitely wasn't.
