Bought first response that is ment to be able to give a result before your period.. Well a few times now I've had several faint positives, got my hopes up, only to end up with a period!! Feeling fed up, waste of money, not cheap either.. Thinking they are the best on the market I paid the money.. The test packs I get contain three tests & costs $17 each time! I think this product really needs to be improved.. Why do they keep showing faint positives which are actually inaccurate.. Leave me thinking every time that they must be faulty or must be evaporation lines.. Even though they came up within the correct time frame.. I'm so annoyed & disappointed.. Will not be buying this product again, which is ment to be highly sensitive & very accurate which clearly isn't.

So I paid for a basic £1 pregnancy test strip as I didn't think I would be pregnant, but the results came back positive! Out of my excitement I rushed to the shops to get a more 'normal' test and thought oh first response is on offer at £6, well there is a reason it's on offer! It's rubbish! So I obviously had to wait to do the next test, when I did the test line was very strong but the second line was so faint it took ages before you could see if better, I tried another one and this is worse!! After years of trying and finally getting that positive on one test to then get a positive that looks like a negative, it's so disheartening! So now im in doubt and this is suppose to be a time of excitement and happieness! I tell you know, I want my £6 back but I bet that won't happen!!

ONE WORD - THIS TEST WAS RUBBISH! Told me i wasnt pregnant i took the 5 days before period test, because i had been experiencing really bad headaches and wanted to take some tablets but couldnt until i knew if i was pregnant or not. It came up negative i took the tablets then 5 days later, today when i took a clear blue test because period was 3 days late found out that i AM pregnant! x

I have used First Response the day my period was due and got only a faint line. I have used other brands of pregnancy tests in the past when I thought I was pregnant on the day my period was due and a strong line was shown.

My husband went and got me 2 packets of the First Response pregnancy tests and all 4 tests had very faint pregnancy lines on, so now i'm going to have to buy another test to be sure! and it wont be a fist response test! I will never buy a first response again, i dont think their very good.
