Recently visited Covent garden for the first time and i will absolutly be visiting again! Its a really lovely place. Covent garden is evidently infamous for its street performers, who are actually really professional and really enjoyable to watch, one man climbed up a 6ft ladder and juggled to his friend, another was a mime performer and we were also luckily enough to see Opera singers.
Its a very busy and bustling place, with lots to look at , not only do they had a range of high street shops, they also have the apple market (which doesn't sell apples! )but does have a variety of jewelery stalls, tourist t-shirts and bric-a-brac. Convent garden also has lots of coffee shops and places to eat.
Its a lovely place and if your visiting London id defiantly recommend taking a trip here!

I have been going to Covent Garden in London Christmas shopping ever since I was a little girl, and I love it. It's great fun, as the market is near by and so are many high street shops. The markets are the best place to get all your little Christmas gifts as they have some nice ideas. It is also lovely to see all the Christmas lights and decorations up, and there is usually entertainment going on all the time to entertain you and the kids. The restaurants situated undercover are great for lunch ...
