I bought the Pro Evolution Soccer 4 XBox game for the original Xbox over FIFA, and I can say it is much much better than the new FIFA, FIFA Road To World Cup. It is very addictive online, and the single player options, e.g. master league are great. Although the players have fake names and look less familiar than in FIFA, I would still buy Pro Evo any day. Pro Evolution Soccer 4 arrived on the XBOX and it is three times better than FIFA Football 2005! FIFA may be official but Pro Evo has much more realistic gameplay! The graphics aren't as good as FIFA but it doesn't really matter as you'd rather have a game that ran smoothly with alright graphics than a game that was all jiggy with stunning graphics! Fantastic game. This beats the stuffing out of FIFA. Don't be fooled into getting FIFA Football EA haven't got a clue when it comes to real football games. Pro Evo game doesn't have coloured arrows or dotted lines all over the pitch telling you who's runnning where or which direction to kick it, NO! Pro Evo leaves it all down to you and you can feel it through the pad. You really start to FEEL exactly which direction you should press. I can't priase this game enough. Pro Evolution Soccer 4 - My friend has just got this game and he hasn't stopped playing it!!
He says that the game is a lot smoother, the passing is more accurate and the shots are more realistic.
The graphics are amazing and the names of players are all genuine.
Interestingly, he said that whilst playing against Ireland, Robbie Keane was causing all sorts of problems in his defense by making intelligent runs and exploiting space.
