    Good Points: We have annual family multi-trip worldwide travel insurance from AIG. It is very good value for money, when my wife had a diving accident, the cost would have been over £10,000 but we only had to pay 75 pounds excess and AIG payed out without any problems.

    Bad Points: Conveniently, they lost all original paperwork for the extra flight and accomodation costs. Staff at the UK call centre were very rude, saying that they had not received our paperwork and would be unable to pay without them.

    General comments: I don't think I will be renewing with this company, I think it would be better to pay a little bit extra for a better known company. I cannot fault the service we had when we were in Phuket in November. With regards to paying our medical expenses, they were very good but the service when we got back to UK was terrible.

    AIG Europe is Easy to navigate and instant quote and acceptance on-line. No discount for online booking. Part of New Hampshire Insurance Group. Some countries are not covered in the policy but these are Lebabon etc
