    I bought a Blackberry 3 weeks ago with a Free Ipod. They gave me a fake Royal Mail track Number so I couldn't Track my parcel. My parcel supposed to be delivered on Thursday but it didn't. Apparently was delivered on Saturday by DHL (surprise...) and someone, not me, signed for it.
    Dial a Phone said that they will send to me a Declaration Letter as I never get the phone. Apparently, they sent to me 2 letters... still waiting checking the post. After that, they will contact me in 48 hours.
    NO phone, NO Ipod, NO letters, NO contact from the company... THEY ARE RUBBISH!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Dail A Phone THE WORST COMPANY" I give you Warning"

    I was looking for a contract moboile phone and dail a phone was cheap but beause of their bad reviews I stayed away from this company and I am happy about it, but a week a go suddenly I redirected to this site where pay as you go viewty was for £60.00 and i bought it as it was really good price for next day delivery.     Ordered a phone and £10 top up. Phone arrived but no top up been credited to phone. Tried phoning but everything automated. Sent several e mails but no responses to any of them and guess what still no top up on phone. Do not touch this company.

    dial a phone are out to rip off as many people as they can.
    DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
    Their Customer Service is a Total Joke.
    Their attitude towards customers when you can eventually speak to them is next to useless.
    You don't get what you have been invoiced for.
    Their auto phone system is like talking to a retard that has no idea what you are talking about.
    YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, go buy your phone from anyone else but these cowboys.

    Customer service is virtually non-existent!! I placed an order on the weekend. Got an automated e-mail Sunday saying order being processed and the phone would be delivered Tues. Monday, got a message saying to contact them as they needed more details. I did so and gave details they needed.     DIAL-A-PHONE CONTRACT
    I can't believe that a company with such truly awful customer service actually continues to exist. It really does confound me... Diabolical is truly apt. The sales team pickup and deal with my upgrade very quickly, My phone will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes but no phone, only a text message...     Great prices but godawful automated customer service line. I ordered a phone on Tuesday to be delivered to my place of work, when it didnt arrive next day as promised I looked at my account on the website to find a message telling me Dial-A-Phone wanted to speak to me regarding my order and I should ring a number.     Dial-A-Phone kept postponing the delivery of my new phone, so I eventually cancelled it, however they deducted the cost of the phone from my account....and guess what a month and a half later they have still not refunded me the money....no answer to emails and just total lies when I call them, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

    dial a phone customer serive is EXTREMELLY BAD!!!When I call back, there's no really person to answer, and always have tech problems with the line. WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!!So worte complain by e-mail to cancel my orders by next day.     Where do I start?The Nokia phone I obtained on contract from dial a phone, failed after a couple of weeks and I sent it back for repair, and again, and again. Okay, maybe this isn't their fault but the non-existent customer service exacerbated matters considerably.     When i bought a mobile from Dial-A-Phone it arrived the next day missing the car charger and the leather case so i emailed them and they called me and said that they will send me a set, the next they arrived and i was very happy i have had alot of deals with this company and i could get a hold of the customer service quite fast.

    I have used dial a phone twice now and I am an I Pod touch and Nintendo Wii better off. I received the same tarrif and phone option that o2 were offering but got a free gift each time, one of which was received at the same time as the phone. I have read alot of bad reveiws about Dial-a-phone but my personal experience has been perfect.

    With Dial-A-Phone my mobile arrived the next day but the top up prepaid in price was not credited to my mobile within two days as stated . I am still awaiting credit and have received no replies to emails or phone calls as yet. Disgusted by having to buy top up when ordering mobile and trusting it to be topped up. Won't be ordering through them again.!!!!

    My first thought when reading all these comments about how bad dial a phone is i was pretty unconvinced about ordering from there. But i looked around and couldn't find the Sony Ericsson K770i on pay as you go cheaper So decided to order it praying that everything would be fine!

    Incredible is all I can say! Ordered it on a Friday and because it was free postage it would come on the Tuesday otherwise I would have to pay for it. Times of arrival were 9am-5pm and it came at 9:30am! Phone was alrea ...

    I took out a contract with dialaphone recently, unfortunately my signal on 02 is very poor compared with vodafone. I wished to cancel the contract so tried ringing customer services, aka endless ringing robot line.
    WORST customer service ever. Once they have your Direct debit details they will do everything to avoid talking to you.
    When i eventually got through after nearly 3 hours of trying on and off I might as well talked to my goldfish.

    My phone was delivered on time. The cashback was easy to claim and confirmed by email and text, cheques received in good time, a lot quicker than one stop phone shop.

    When I took out the deal with Dial-A-Phone in December 07 it was explained that any cashback offers would be automatically sent to me by cheque. Sometime after I did not receive this amount I checked the website and it stated that I had to claim the amount by sending in my O2 bills to them. When I checked my paperwork there was only a window of a few weeks to claim this amount.
