    We were not expecting luxury at the La Caseta Apartments as it was very cheap, the rooms were a decent size and there was a sea view. The large supermarket next door had everything we needed. We had to buy toilet rolls as you only get one when you arrive but that not a problem the owners were friendly however their english was limited. Our main problem were the brits who's only aim was to get drunk and make as much noise as possible at 5 or 6 in the morning disturbing everyone else, I can see w ...

    Apartments were spacious and clean. Quite pleased with the location, would return with large fans.I would definitely use again, we had great views from the 13th floor, the pool was cleaned daily and there was no rush for sunbeds in the morning even though it was high season.

    This was a holiday from hell, I do not recommend using this hotel, we nicknamed it the prison as we thought it looked like one. Our last 3 nights were awful as we had Spanish lads in the apartment above us who partied all night.

    Booked La Caseta Apartments, flights and transfers independently - so had none of the problems on that front that other reviewers seem to have had, especially with transfers. Food not rated, as this is a self-catering apartment. Apartment Staff were helpful when we needed assistance - which wasn't often. Apartment was clean and spacious and met with our needs totally.     On the morning following our second night, our apartment (2C), was burgled. The intruder got in and out through the patio doors on our balcony. I had booked 7 apartments for a hen weekend and following the incident I discovered that our apartment was the only one out of the 7 that did not have a security bolt on the patio doors. We had hired the safe in which we had put our passports, cards and money etc. We had arrived back at approximately 4am and placed our things eg bags, camera's, phone etc ...

    These apartments are very basic but fortunately ours was clean and the balcony was excellent. We had to switch from the large coach to a minibus just outside resort because the street was so narrow. Staff were helpful enough when you could find them and the cafe adjoining the apartments was handy and its staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for my two young kids, cleaned every night and no swimming after 8pm. The huge supermarket next door has everything you could need. Yes ...

    The La Caseta Apartments in Benidorm make for good accommodation with the pubs and clubs of Benidorm within walking distance. Although the accommodation is basic, it makes a good base for anyones holiday, especially as the rooms are of a good size. Overall these are good value apartments.

    La Caseta Apartments had no clean sheets, towels,no cleaning service,buy own toilet roll, unfriendly staff and reps. Transfer time should of been 45 minutes took 2 hours!3 1/2 flight delays on both departure and arrival flights

    La Caseta Apartments is the worst ever accomodation that I have ever stayed in and there is no way that these apartments are 3*, people should be warned about this!

    La Caseta Apartments are good apartments especially for teenage party animals who are not usually in there anyway.

    The veranda space was excellent and the living room was nice too.

    It did take a day or two to get used to the door being turned 4 times but after then it was normal, the is no air conditioning but that did not bother us as we were at the pool or out the veranda anyway.

    The taxi rank is 5-10 minute walk and its not even 5 minutes in the taxi to the nightlife which is amazing ...

    The transfer time from the airport to the La Caseta Apartments was longer than the flight time (2hours 45 minutes) The flight time was only 2 hours 20 minutes. Towels changed once a week, clean sheets on arrival but not changed even in the hottest of temperatures - most unhygienic. Cutlery & crockery left unclean. We bought disinfectant and cleaned every surface we could see. Staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Will never go back and will never ...
