    Good Points: The house is clean, very well kept and very well equipped. The location in Tuscany is perfect, because it allows guests to visit the most popular areas in Tuscany without changing accommodation. Great stay, really.


    Bad Points: You need a car even if there is public transportation to and from Siena, Florence and Grosseto. You are still much better off by renting a car.


    General comments: We really loved this accommodation. It is affordable, the owners are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. They have guidebooks and maps for their guests. They leave the basics (olive oil, spices, etc.).

    Casina di Rosa is a holiday cottage in Civitella Marittima, a tiny village half way between Siena and Grosseto.
    The house is composed of 4 rooms: a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with shower.
    The house was incredibly clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.
    The owners were very helpful and greeted us with a welcome basket with wine, pasta and a sauce, and provided us with all the necessary information about the property, the village and ...
