    Good Points: FSB 800/533/400MHz, AGP 8X, Gigabit Nic, Supports DDR 400, 8 Ports USB 2, Serial ATA 150, 4 dimm Slots up tp 4GB, 5 PCI, DMA 66/100, Overclocking. Colorfull Mother Board.

    Bad Points: On Board Sound & Nic, CPU Fan Plug to close to Memory slot. Price a bit High.

    General comments: The MSI 865PE Neo2 is an excelent Gamers Board. If you want a lot of USB Slots you got it here. Looks good. Good Web Support for Drivers, Manuals, etc. Takes alot of RAM. So far in my 3 months using the board, it has worked flawlessly.
