    Midnight Software Inc., DeltaCad is the best 2D CAD available for the occasional user. Excellent tutorials teach you the basics. Very easy to learn, set aside for a month or two, and quickly regain your proficiency. Good support with ongoing updates. Nice, efficient program. Very reasonably priced.

    Midnight Software Inc., DeltaCad is easy to use, very inexpensive, supports macros (if you can write them!). We use this program to document machined parts and precision sheet metal parts used in scientific instruments.

    A real "sleeper" program, totally undervalued! Should be mandatory in schools!Very easy to learn program. Does not rely on person's memory, very small learning curve, unlike AutoCad?! Unlimited 2d drawing capabilities, limited only by ones imagination. Can create sophisticated symbol library, reasonable AutoCad compatibility, will create any size drawings in any scale.     Very easy to use and extremely easy to learn.
    Simple program which produces high-class, professional looking results. Great Program! Well recommend Midnight Software Inc., DeltaCad.

    I have used it for over 10 yrs, approx. and still going with older Ver. 3, looking forward to Ver.6.... 9/10 value and easy to use, like ms paint, even my kids can use it.I do not know the company, but they did a great service in making it easy and user friendly... My Thanks

    Deltacad is very easy to use, and if not used for some time I can get back on track almost immediately. Not like Autocad, which apart from the endless version incompatability problem, has too many options that are hard to navigate. Deltacad offers everything I need to make quite complex engineering drawings.

    I had been doing all my sketch work by hand with a ruler, engineer's scale for twenty+ years. Advanced age wasn't going to allow me to continue, due to worsening eyesight. A friend recommended Deltacad saying he was creating a scaled model of a tugboat using the software.

    I gave it a try and haven't looked back. I used to be able to do a scaled sketch by hand faster than most could using an obtrusive cad program (Autocad Lite etc.). I should have made the change earlier.

    Everything about it is easy to use.
    I've made 100's of drawings with Deltacad. Several were taken to local machine shops to have parts made. It's very easy to use and I well recommend Midnight Software Inc.

    A basic programme that does what I want. Use it instead of AutoCad for basic 2D drawings. Not perfect, but quicker to learn and easier than the rest. Thinking of going over to MAC so would not mind a MAC version.

    I was surprised at the amount of criticism that was written on this product! I have been using Deltacad for over 4 years now and have "sold it" to many others after showing them how easy it is to use. I am a Machining Technology Instructor at a North Texas College and found that the best way to teach people machining technique is to develop a simple "Basic" understanding that they can easily learn and build on.     For a company that has been around a few years I was totally surprised when I was told "No Help, buy again if you want to use it" or "Upgrade".
    Now I have over 90 designs in my files and they treat me like I am dirt.
    Give us MONEY MONEY MONEY... we won't help you.
    I sent people to buy DeltaCad... now I will notify those same people to buy another program and get their files saved as Midnight Software is just that - People hiding out in the dark and taking the money while providing no service. ...

    I found the Delta Cad software at Walmart on CD. I bought the last 6 copies of it from my local Walmart, and have not seen it there since. But I found another 10 copies at Odds & Ends before they went out of business.

    Midnight Software Inc., DeltaCad - I tried all the basic CAD packages and paid for this one.

    I have AutoCAD 2000, but DeltaCad gets used for most of my 2D drawings.

    It ain't perfect, but is way ahead of any other package at the basic level.
