Good Points: Simple timelines NOT a load of extras that get in the way Easier than Premiere
Bad Points: Can lock out with some files - suspect windows rather than the software.
General comments: Pure Motion Ltd., EditStudio 2 - I tried demos of all the basic packages and this one works. The timelines are easy to use.
It does all I need, including adding music tracks and preparing final output.
The support page on the website at www.puremotion.com must be an example to all software suppliers. No problem is too small for them to deal with.
It is now up to version 4, but as I still have a Pentium 2 I will upgrade when I upgrade the computer.
Take any magazine review on it with a pinch of salt. They all want whizz bang features which this does not have. Makes life easy. However, using their Herbs one can create one's own merges very easily.
