The hotel is excellent and extremely welcoming. When we arrived in the middle of the night and left in the middle of the night there was someone there both times.
The hotel is not too small to feel confined but not too big to not feel welcome and recognised. There were always a few spare sunbeds when you needed one and is in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice Springs. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, greeted by friendly staff and the hospitality of the whole family made the holiday very relaxing. Staff couldn't do enough for us and their Kleftiko is not to be missed. There was entertainment for everyone most evenings, the barbecue was especially good with delicious food. I highly recommend the Alice Springs Hotel; it does not have one bad point. The owners, George and Barbara and the rest of the family make you feel as though you are staying in their house. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and having a great holiday.
The weekly BBQ is a must, the food and entertainment will be a highlight in your holiday.
The Hotel is only 4min walk from the beach and 20min walk from the centre of Kos Town. There is a huge selection of restaurants near by... (read more)

I cannot recommend the Alice Springs hotel enough. My boyfriend and I just came back from a brilliant two weeks there. The owners George and Barbara and their family are so friendly and fun and make sure you have a great time. The BBQ and meals they put on are not to be missed! Kos itself is lovely with loads to do, but staying in this hotel really made the holiday special. The pool and rooms are very good quality. You won't want to leave! (read more)
