Good Points: This the Lamborghini of a Receiver. Its got horse power and lots of bells and whistles. Its expensive, I paid $1775.00 at Magnolia HI-FI. It kicks butt, you can crank up the volume and it does not even phase it, the sound is great. Hook it up to a DVD player and enjoy the THX Ultra2 sounds, one of its many features.
Bad Points: The only tough part was to get it setup, its not that hard its just overwhelming at first with all the available options it will take. The remote is very nice but the LCD would be better if the options shown on its screen were with a thicker font.
General comments: I did a lot of homework on which unit to buy, JVC
Rotel, Pioneer Elite, etc and each time I ended up
with the Denon AVR-4802R reciever getting the highest points.
I highly recommend buying this model!
