Good Points: User friendly easy to install, update and use

Bad Points: The two I have owned both died, one packed up at about 18 months the other with in a year

General comments: sagem itd60 is very easy to use box would recommend except that I have had 2 die on me!

I had a similar problem with my box turning itself off , the comment about the box not having problems in France transmitters being more constant is not true I believe as I use my box in France. It seems it was actually overheating and the solution was to turn it on its side to allow air to get to the vents underneath the box. So far it has behaved itself since doing that.

I have recently bought a new Sagem Freeview box as I had so much trouble with the previous one re-booting itself all the time.
The new one does exactly the same so I contacted Sagem.

Exact same problem seems to reset itself and turn off randomly taking 30secs to reset and then restarts on a different channel. Definately the most frustrating piece of technology i've ever encountered

Because we bought the Sagem ITD60 units from Tower Radio in Hadleigh, who are really not very good at all when something breaks down and has to be returned, we decided to cut out losses and buy Phillips units from a reputable retailer.

Cheap, works well most of time, good picture however unless you need it for Satanta, I would recommend a different manufacturers version. Keeps freezing, then resetting itself. Takes about 30 seconds and ruins whatever you are watching - plus comes back on a different channel.

I wanted a second freeview box for the small TV in the spare room, so this cheap little model was ideal.

Channels are stored easily on the Sagem ITD60 freeview box, and the picture quality is good.

For the money and the purpose I wanted it for, this is good value for money.

I would not recommend you buy the Sagem ITD60 Freeview box, unless you have time to shop around for the missing vital scart cable.
