    Good Points: Helpful Customer Service. Excellent Service

    General comments: I've just received my 20 x 16" prints from Boots Photos. Excellent really pleased as an amateur photographer.

    Boots have lost my photos and can't/won't trace them. No photos. And never phoned me with updates when they promised they would.

    The slide film was purchased at the Harrogate branch of Boots.

    I am not very happy at all with my Boots Photos, as they cropped the prints which ruined all the photos. I also found that the prices online not same as instore. On a plus side they do do good quality prints.
