The shop or staff have nasty litte tricks, the one that caught me out was offering two sizes of print when there is a smaller size that I would have taken. It's not a big problem I know but Klick have lost a customer, I normally prefer the smaller business but Asda have a much better service so Klick can STICK IT.

I received poor service at bromsgrove
Staff appeared to be too busy talking and seemed as though they couldnt be bother to serve.
Always seem to open late at mornings and close before closing time, I find it hard to pick up my pictures before work and after.
now use boots or tescos.- Read nat3's review (57 words)

Klick Photopoint offers good quality and prompt delivery. Cheerful service. I often pre crop my pictures to suit the size of the print and have little trouble with cropping
I use Klick in Workshop for all my digital printing and have little or no problems.- Read pythagoras's review (45 words)

My son recently bought various items from Klick Photopoint in Worksop and was sold a 1Gb SD storage card to enable him to retrieve photographic data from the internal memory in his camera. The camera does not have the software inbuilt to enable this operation to be performed. So I accompanied my son back to the shop to return the card and have his money refunded. They informed us that no refund could be given as once the item had been removed from its packaging, it could not be resold.
They als ...- Read Andy2007571's review (123 words)

Ordered a personalised calendar as a Christmas present for my Mum on 23rd November 2006. Received on Sat 2nd Dec but picture quality was appalling, plus they'd cropped huge portions of my images. They'd actually copied my images at the wrong resolution. Returned the calendar to be redone, and amended my images to fit their dimensions to avoid further cropping. Was told the cut off point for orders was 9th Dec, so I would get it back for Xmas. I called in frequently, but to no avail. No Calendar ...- Read Maria S's review (214 words)

I picked the envelope up for Klick from the airport on arriving back . In the busy few days on returning from holiday, I thought it would be easier sending the films in the post. I paid for 7x5 prints and for the pictures to be put on CD. I received back the worst prints I have ever seen, one free film and a gizmo for holding a piece of paper on a desk.
For prints from 35mm I will stick to Boots in future. I am now going to pay Photobox to print the shots Klick didn't. One of the films ha ...- Read ChrisF99's review (293 words)
