“Much cheaper if you order from website and collect in shop”

I have been using tesco for my photo bit for several years and noticed that since they bought spielman they have put the price up. Maybe thats why they bought them as spielman is a more expensive brand than their own who used to be like asda? anyway, I found out if you order from the website and select collect in store, not only do you get much cheaper prices but you also dont pay any postage so its a win although not as convenient as it used to be. the only alternative would be asda but they are another 10 mins drive for me, so will stick to ordering on line. Takes upto 10 days once you order anything but I can normally wait that long.

“Not impressed ”

Suffered with a mega price increase when this company took over from Tesco . Visited today to print holiday photos ,new machines installed ,very user unfriendly . Touch controls so sensitive they alter things even without making physical contact ,very long winded to make adjustments I had to stand there for ages including changing machines because one froze up . On completion because I had used 2 machines the staff had no idea what to charge me on quantity discount ,no price list in the place . Final price seemed to be the outcome of a huddled debate between the 2 members of staff linked to much tapping of a hand held calculator .

“VHS to DVD transfer for my graduation videos”

Good overall video reproduction from VHS. Need to buy a more Sturdy Case as those provided are flimsy. Did however find that when returned, my DVDs were however mislabelled in error (the 2 Graduation Videos from 2 different universities were labelled the wrong way round!). Sent back to be corrected free of charge. Staff at shop dealt with me very well indeed. Overall for price.

Unfortunately the labelling of my DVDs is still incorrect after two attempts to have it changed.

The Max Spielman Arnold branch in Nottingham processing locally in the back room. It was a pleasant experience with no problems. Good results at a fair price.

Do they still develop 35mm film? Also do they develop in black and white? And do they sell film in store?  My local store is Worcester.
