The Citroen Xsara Picasso is not a car I would have given a second look usually but, the price, levels of equipment, comfort, reliability mean it does deserve it's place as a top family MPV.
The auto is so smooth and enjoyable to drive.
Mine was ex-motability, 1 owner 05 plate exclusive, with only 16k on the clock and I picked it up for very little really.
A serious contender to the like of Zafira etc. (read more)

As a family car the Citroen Xsara Picasso is excellent, small on the outside, very easy to park, loads of room inside with tons of clever features made with the family driver in mind. Loads of safety features, ABS, EBFD, TRACTION CONTROL, 6 AIRBAGS and 5 PROPER SEAT BELTS. The car is well specced as well with CD player, cruise control, remote stereo control, aircon, electric windows and heated electric mirrors
We needed an MPV which gave us room for 2 baby seats and a teenager in the back... (read more)

Worth noting that a replacement model (based on the C4) will be available later this year (2006). This will also have a 7 seater version. Unlikely to match the bargain price of the Xsara Picasso though, or at least not at first...

The Citroen Xsara Picasso Exclusive 2.0i 16v Automatic People Carrier is an easy vehicle to get in and out of. Great for families. Every extra already fitted. A bargain price for such a specification. (read more)
