I have had a Toshiba e800 PDA handheld for 18 months. Generally it has never been remotely reliable. I have lost count of the times I have needed to re-set it. It froze, shut down, or lost data between once and twice a week. On average I only used it about four times a week, for about 15 minutes a session, which is a total use of about 75 hours.
Recently it failed completely, and the cost of repair was a whopping £341.88! In other words a throw away write off. Toshiba couldn't care less,...
