I really like the Swiffer Wet Jet. I've only used it three times in our new house and it cleans very well. However, I really don't like the smell of the cleaning solution. I hope they start making something else. I'm embarrassed to have anyone over right after I clean. It usually takes a couple of days to get rid of the smell. Otherwise, it sure speeds up my cleaning process. (read more)

“Overpriced and cheaply made. I don't know why I keep...”

Overpriced and cheaply made. I don't know why I keep buying these
damned things - but every one I've had died in the same manner -
the handle snaps off at the center joint. WITH NORMAL USE. Once
this happens, they're effectively useless.

Am I the only one with this problem? (read more)

I bought my Swiffer to dust in tight places, like between my stacked home entertainment system units. It will not fit in the space at the end of the units between the feet and cabinet sides, which is between an inch and 1 1/2 inches wide. It will not fit between units which do not have at least 1/2 inch between the unit bottom and surface on which it is sitting. The handle bends easily so you can't force it into tight spaces. Bottom line: I still have to use my wooden spoon handle... (read more)
