not only would i not recommend to a friend, i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. The mop leaks will hanging and then gets clogged up while i try to use it.It took just as long to clean up a mess as if i had just used a regular mop, which would also be more effective than the clorox ready mop

I had the same problem - the mop handle broke off. I will not purchase this product again. I am disappointed in Clorox for putting this piece of junk on the market.

I wasted my money on the Clorox Ready Mop and the accessories that go with it. I'm going to get a Swiffer now - hope it will actually work! This is based on my experience - and I have a stone tile kitchen (making it more difficult since the tiles were not perfectly aligned).

My first Clorox ReadyMop amazed me. I actually enjoyed cleaning my floors. But after 1 month of having it, the handle broke off. So I bought another one. After 2 months of having it, the handle broke off!

Am I the only one or is anyone else having this problem?

I have loved my Chlorox ready mop and after 3 years of constant use throughout my tiled house and a few repairs on it, it has finally given up the ghost and I desperately want to buy a new one: can anyone help, they are not in the shops anymore?

Reason for getting rid of it: Apparently a lot more people thought worse about it than I did because the replacement pads and cleaner are difficult to find. I eventually switched to the Swiffer after getting tired of looking for cleaning pads and bottles of liquid.

I haven't yet tried the Swiffer mop, but if you are in the market for this type of product, I would recommend that you spend the extra $4. Otherwise, skip it and mop the old fashioned way.

As a busy mother, I thought the Clorox ready Mop would be really handy, but I feel absolutely bamboozled! Not only does it leak and make messes, it rarely sprays, the pad easily comes off, and I wind up on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor after I just "mopped" it. I was so enthusiastic about this p ...

The Chlorox Ready Mop is the most worthless piece of garbage I have ever purchased. It's not worth $4, much less the $14 I paid for it. I'm taking it back to the store today!

The first Clorox ready mop was pretty good. The latest requires very thick pads because the bottom looks like something is missing; such as rubberized surface. It squirts beyond the area you want to clean, and will not get close enough to cabinets because the squirter sticks out too far. I leaned it up against a cabinet to get something. It slid down to the trigger on the handle and squirted fluid into a puddle all over the floor. It's not in balance, and it is harder to handle with the weight ...

Buyer beware on the Clorox Ready Mop. What a piece of rubbish. My first one broke after only a week. The handle cracks and breaks rendering this mop useless. They sent me a replacement coupon but I had to buy the next one and then redeem the coupon which took about 2 months total. The second mop broke at the handle in only a week. Thats about 3 times used. The leaks also keep staining the floor. I could keep going but I think I've said enough. Buyer Beware.

At first my Clorox Ready Mop leaked from the bottle, and then I kept playing with it so it finally quit leaking from the bottle, then when I started using the mop on my hardwood floors it leaded horribly from the part that sprays the Clorox. I think they need to redesign it, it would be great if it did not leak.

I bought my first Clorox Ready Mop system recently and used it once. Not only did the liquid barely clean my floor, I didn't realize for days that the whole bottle of liquid leaked through the nozzle and spilled all over (we're required to install the bottle upside down for dispensing). So I contacted Clorox customer service via email explaining the situation and asking for a new bottle and nozzle. They responded a few days later with surprise that their product was defective. So they only maile ...

The sprayer nozzzle stopped working before I got to the second bottle. I contacted Clorox Co. twice and complained and they eventually sent me a kit that replaced the sprayer, sort of. I recieved a Mickey Mouse gadget that snapped to the handle and sprays the cleaner, somewhat. A third grader could have done a better job designing this attachment kit. It swivels and catches on everything and sprays in the wrong direction furthermore it easily falls off the rod. What a joke! I spent more time mak ...

Clorox ready mop, purchased at Wal-Mart for around $14.99.

I purchased this thinking that it might be good, you know because it is made by Clorox. Well it isn't good at all, especially compared the Swiffer WetJet.

If you were serious about purchasing this style of mop between Swiffer and Clorox you might have seen the commercial for Swiffer showing their spraying system vs. Clorox's sprayer. It is true! It is awful! Streams not spray.

Many things are wrong with this system and I wil ...
