Would not use again, still waiting for tickets and not getting the tickets i ordered, was online immediatley and ordered 2 tickets for block gg at front of secc, and ended up getting row g at back when confimation was sent.
There are loads of tickets for row gg at very high prices being offered on other sites.Personally i think something fishy going on with this company.
Hope tickets come soon as they are rubbish seats and i want to sell them.

After looking at the various ticket agencies it became apparent Ticketline were the cheapest to go for. Although postage was 10p more than See tickets it still worked out £6 cheaper as the booking fees were lower. Customer service was actually a human being on the phone and extremely helpful when enquiring about expected despatch dates.

Tickets arrived securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery and the concert was amazing.

Excellent service.

Not impressed with Ticketline. Because of a mistake by Ticketline my friends and I did not get to go and see a concert, despite ordering tickets from Ticketline months in advance. Ticketline are useless and unhelpful.

Ticketline is the worst company to use for tickets!
I've bought 8 tickets for the Pink concert, never got the confirmation, 2 months later I bought 2 more tickets for me and my hubby.

The initial concert we wanted to go to was on a Friday at 6pm, we've received a confirmation email from them 2 hours before the concert! It took them 5 months to send it!

We couldnt go to the concert coz we had no tickets, they got almost 400 quid from us!!!

After reading some bad comments about Ticketline on some sites, I was a bit dubious about using them, but they had the tickets I was looking for. The website was fairly straight forward and the tickets were received within 5 days of booking even though the gig is not for 2 months.

I bought tickets from these guys, not only did I get front row seats for only £5 more than the official O2 arena price but they were even cheaper because of lower service charges than the official ticketmaster! The website was a little flaky but you do get it done eventually. Like what I have experienced so far, keep it up!

Used on three or four occasions to buy both music & comedy tickets. Call centre staff always friendly & knowledgeable.

Usually find they are cheapest of the agents if they have tickets for same shows.

The problem with them is that the site often cannot take the traffic that a major concert generates, they have tried to solve it by simplifying the site but sometimes you can go all the way though to payment only to find some part of the page doesn't work. But their sales staff have always been polite and helpful, so give them a chance.

Ticketline's fees are extortionate. I ordered tickets for the Paul Simon concert in Bournemouth, and so far I have received no tickets, only unfulfilled promises. Although they did reply to my emails. I was promised the tickets 4 weeks in advance, then 10 days in advance. I only have 7 days to go and I am still waiting!

I ordered tickets online, but the tickets got lost in the post. They messed everything up and offered me a refund. After a few months they said that the didn't receive my mail for a refund, and that they don't refund anything.

Ticketline is currently the only online ticket agency I'm willing to use. Their service charges are lower and (where they haven't been told that tickets have to go out special delivery) they charge less for postage and send tickets out via Royal Mail. We've never had a problem with tickets arriving either.

In summary Ticketline (www.ticketline.co.uk) only compares favourably to other ticket agencies because it is a smaller and more personal company. The company cannot be recommended because of the high charges, hidden costs and occasional unfriendly staff and refund policies.

A problem with Ticketline (www.ticketline.co.uk) was that I couldn't get through on the phone and the website is an absolute abortion.
