    Good Points: Looks nice


    Bad Points: Runs like a 486


    General comments: Initially we had 3 DOA Compaq Evo machines (PIV 2.4Ghz 128Mb 40Gb) all with faulty fans that sucked things of the desk and sounded like a plane taking off.

    The machines that worked had reports about going slow using MS Office or any general apps, Changing between apps took around 20 seconds. We tested the PIV 2.4Ghz machine against a Dell PIII 700 3 yr old machine, the Dell machine seriously out-performed the Compaq.
