NEVER USE SEE TICKETS AGAIN Ordered Take That tickets for Daughters and Friends 2 months ago. Wife going to drop girls off and they would meet 4 other friends in Stadium. Checked See Order Tracker says all Tickets sent out. I called them and confirm haven't sent them. Collection at Wembley only option - card holder must be present and all tickets must be collected at the same time. I am at working tomorrow !! No compromise "its Wembley's fault" No communication. Premium rate phone line to be told in so many words "get stuffed" £200 down 6 disappointed girls. Shocking - snotty letter coming up ....

Ordered Take That tickets in January, and they still havent arrived (the gig is tomorrow!). Spoke to See Tickets Customer Services and they couldn't tell me why they hadn't been sent and they were made Box Office Collection.

Called the venue to see what time I could get them, and they were saying there were a lot of people in the same boat.

Awful site prone to crashing and obviously sell way more tickets than they can handle as they are always delivering late.

It is Sunday, Glasto starts on wed, being told by See Tickets that tickets havent come from the printers and someone will call me on Thursday - the day after it starts.

I purchased tickets from the See Tickets phoneline over a week before the event date. Even though the order was processed and my credit card was debited the full amount on that day, the day before the event I received a letter asking me for 'Card Verification' before my tickets will be sent out, instead of just receiving the tickets - as expected. I called See Tickets immediately only to be told by a very rude indifferent man that my order had been cancelled! Leaving me stranded with no tickets ...

Appalling Customer service at See Tickets.
For some unknown reason the take that tickets were sent out very late. From talking to their staff it appears they have logistical problems and often leave things to the last minute.

In my case they promised the tickets would be despatched one day to be delivered the next. This did not happen and now 3 days before the event the tickets are supposedly in the post but I will not be in to sign for them.

Purchased Oasis Tickets 8 months ago, ended up buying 30 tickets due to fault with their website, I need 6 for the Saturday gig, called to resolve and was assured that matter had been sorted.
Received tickets this week and 3 have been issued for the wrong date.
Called help line a total of 8 times now to try and resolve, cannot get to speak to anyone who can help me, I have had to buy 3 extra tickets for Saturday at a cost of £150 just so everyone can go!

After being told by See Tickets that the tickets would arrive in time to see the gig.....this morning I have waited 1hour and 25mins on hold!!! to be told that the tickets are waiting to be picked up at the box office, even though I have paid a postage fee!!

I am not yet sure what to make of SeeTickets, but after the reviews, I am not happy. My friend booked tickets to see The Birthday Massacre from Ents24 but says that she was redirected to seetickets.com where she then booked them. She has been sent a confirmation email, but this email came yesterday, and I am feeling very warey about it now and I am hoping if someone can tell me whether it is familiar or not? The 'five says before the event' bit especially worries me!

I bought tickets from See and was charged 5 times for the same transaction. My credit card company called to check that it wasn't fraud and informed me that almost £1300 had been taken from my account in 5 transactions - I had bought once!

You know the rest - phone the call centre 'there's only one transaction here' (I know!). Speak to manager: 'you'll have to send us proof that we have taken the money, then we'll think of refunding you.'!!!

Person 1 at 'See Tickets' - Kept telling me that he couldn't hear me, then told me not to shout (i wasn't), then told me he couldn't hear me again, etc. Told him my issue - wasn't expecting a refund initially, until he told me I could have one - he went to sort it, but I got cut off.Rang again a second later - spoke to Person 2 who was very abrupt. Rubbish. seetickets.com sent us tickets for wrong venue then wouldn't refund us and couldn't get us tickets as gig was sold out.

Their sales advisors blamed us for the mistake and hung up on us twice. They were extremely rude.

I odered glastonbury tickets from See Tickets the week before the festival last year, and they got to me on time. They even sent them to my work address for me, so I was definately available to sign for them.

I cannot believe that Glastonbury have decided to release their tickets through See Tickets again. I am wondering how long i am going to have to sit here refreshing till i can pay for my tickets or suffer the added insult of them being sold out. Seriously, do they have no memory. Its glastonbury, this happpens every year. surely rolling out a few extra servers for the day the tickets go on release isnt too hard. Oh and now it has kicked me out and wont let me back in again saying my registration ...

I think this site is awful. It tells you there are seats available so you order them and go to checkout where you have to manually enter your credit card details (it doesn't allow you to store one) and then you get all the way to the end and it tells you there are no tickets left. I wish it would just hold the tickets for you whilst you enter your details.

Rang and booked tickets to see Oliver in London on Wed. Sent off voucher and cheque. My tickets from See Tickets.com arrived this morning Sat.

Unfortunately not able to get a better seat as we go in March, not See tickets fault.

Very impressed with service and politeness of staff at See tickets. I shall certainly book again through them.

My tickets from See Tickets have arrived and the concert isn't untill the 23rd April. I booked tickets for me and my friends to see n-dubz from see tickets then got really worried once i read these reviews. because originaly i was going to get them from ticketmaster. but, my tickets DID arrive in time so now i'm just getting paranoid, worrying if they are real or not!

I regularly use See Tickets to buy tickets mainly to see bands at a venue 30 miles away I've never had any problems not even with my give it a name 2008 ticket which was brought several months in advance. however i do find they are more expensive than ticket web and add on stupidly large "service fees" so a £10 ticket ends up costing me £15, where as buying a ticket from the venue would only cost me £10 or even in the independent music store nearby would cost me £10 ...
