Can't be bothered to answer your phone - then you deserve all the bad press you get. I booked tickets online without realizing I had clashed with a surprise booking my wife had made. I tried to phone to see if I could change the date of my booking but you don't answer the phone. I gave up after 30 mins on hold at 10p per minute! Well I was worried when I read plenty of bad reviews, but eventually everything was alright. I missed my delivery,asked for a certain day, my boyfriend signed the tickets, without any problem. I ordered One Direction tickets. I had to ring to book as I have limited mobility and wanted to ensure the seats were suitable. Customer service was amazing, the young lady I spoke ton the phone was patient and helpful. The tickets we were allocated we're fantastic, central and allowing a fantastic view of the entire gig. Will not replace stolen tickets, rude staff and no help. Defensive and offensive. They will happily help you buy tickets, but run a mile when something goes wrong. I purchased two SGP deposit tickets from them and was under the impression that the remaining balance came out via direct debit automatically but I have just been told today that it does not and that i have lost my £185 deposit!!! They sent me a reminder email and they have never been clear about the T&C! Booked tickets for Secret Garden Party through this company and paid the deposit. I was under the impression the remainder of deposit would be automatically taken from my account. I have now been told the date has passed to pay, my deposit of £95 is lost and non refundable and I need to purchase a whole new ticket again?!! I had booked tickets with rubbish seats to then find out after the artist had put up more tickets for the next day and seetickets managed to exchange my rubbish seating tickets to standing tickets for the next day for an additional £20.
