    Beware that tickets are sent via standard mail so you have absolutely no way of finding out what happened. Our tickets are alledgedly sent out but they have never arrived for what we can tell and all they can offer is for us to go and collect at box office. For the amount and booking fee charged by them this should be sent registered or recorded.

    I booked tickets and was given specific seat numbers. A couple of weeks before the event I received and email stating that the tickets were reduced in price and they wanted to give me a refund. What they meant to say was they already sold the seats they promised and wanted book me much worse seats at a slight discount. When I insisted on the promised seats, they said, "your purchase order email doesnt specify the seat numbers, does it now."

    Never again......... they cancelled the tickets and did not tell me and still cannot justify why. I even though I spoke to them 5 days before. and they cancelled them on the night of the show.
    Call centre is very poor - definately never again!
    Avoid them - if you want to see a show, book at the booking office and not through this crowd.

    I bought four tickets for muse at The Den in Devon - the tickets had not arrived the day before the gig and I live in London !! I contacted see tickets and asked where my tickets were and was told they had not been posted and were now available on the door at the venue.

    Poor updates, service and customer support - I would have like to know why my postage charge has not been refunded ??

    Hi, Bought these tickets in July, got a bit worried when tickets did'nt arrive, read instructions regarding despatch 5 days prior to concert. Went online to track tickets which had been despatched 5 days prior and arrived 3 days prior. Brilliant concert would go again to the Doncaster gig if I could get tickets nearer the front.
    The Nolans are great live.

    I booked Green Day standing tickets a few hours after they went on sale, the staff were very friendly and helpful and i recieved my tickets a few days ago, no problem!

    I was also lucky enough to get tickets for the bbc proms which i also had no problems with

    I have used them plently of times and never had a problem! I would recommend.

    bought tixs for green day on 27th they haven`t arrived,nor now will they finally got through on phone ,spoke to customer services who were completely uninterested,refused even postage refund although they haven`t even posted item,avoid these thieves at all cost

    I'm disgusted with See Tickets - I ordered these in July on the day of release and NEVER got them I never recieved answers to my two mails and the phone was always engaged. In the end I contacted the venue and they helped me out.. I will NEVER use SEE Tickets again and do not recommend them to anyone.........
    I knopw people who ordered through ticket master who got them a month ago.

    I'm having the same problem. I've bought tickets for this Friday (23rd Oct) for Elton John in Sheffield. They said to get in touch if I haven't received them by the 20th so I emailed customer services - haven't heard anything back and now the websites down - won't be using again!

    Just as an aside it looks as if the other agencies are having ticket problems with Green Day - see Tickemaster http://tinyurl.com/yfw859z

    They are sending out standing tickets by secure mail, and are posting out all the others by today - so lets hope they can make their way through the strike - assuming See Tickets are having the same issues.

    In the same position - waiting for tickets, post strike, web site down and all telephone numbers exhausted. They have had my money since May, however they did send out my Top Gear tickets last week (confused!)

    Frankly don't hold much hope of getting tickets - my 12 year old will be devastated - can see the tears now (he'll be upset too!).

    Can anyone share an experience when tickets are not delivered - can they be picked up at box office (clutching at straws!)

    Hi I have bought tickets through See Tickets for the Green Day show next Tuesday the 27th October and am still waiting for my tickets to arrive. We were told we could not get in touch until 5 days before the event took place so I have not tried until today. I am unable to get through on the phone to customer services it hangs comes up with the message opposite hang up when I try.     I also booked tickets back in July for 23 October (this Friday) I still havent received my tickets. The phone number is permanently engaged, they have not replied to my e-mail and the website is now down. I'm not hopeful of actually receving my tickets now.

    See tickets are absolutley SHOCKING, I booked the tickets back in July and they said if you don't get the tickets by 21/10/09 then to call. 1st I tried the tracker and it said that they were posted last week, today is the 21st and i have been trying since 07:00 to get through and all i get is an engaged tone constantly. So at the end of the day i have been robbed of £60 and i have had to tell my son he will not be seeing bob the bulider. They are rubbish and are a bunch of tossers. NOT REC ...

    When I tryed to get tickets for Oasis Wembley 2009 Saturday or Sunday, I tryed all of the well know ticket stores. The tickets where so hot I had no chance, lucky because they went so quick they put an extra day on.

    I got sent to See Tickets though the offical Oasis website and took this as a good provider based on this. I bought tickets for me a three friends so quite a bit of money £50 each. I checked some reviews on See Tickets to see what I would expect, reviews were ether hit or miss ...

    Tried all day to get a ticket for Glastonbury everytime it froze out absolutely dreadful service. I cant believe i missed getting a ticket due to this ludicrus system.

    Totally appalling!
    The website just got utterly swamped (as I had expected) but the "Registration Retrieval Tool" (their name, not mine) failed time after time. I wasted well over 14 hours yesterday only to find that all the tickets sold out by 9pm.
    Surely they must have anticipated the massive surge in traffic to their site, yet they seemed to be completely underprepared, with a site that - even now - simply does not work.
    Come on, Emily Eavis! Choose a better, more reputable ticket management ...

    The site was down for the whole first and only day of ticket sales. Some people (180000 people in fact) managed to book a ticket, but the rest of us were essential faced with denial of service. It is apalling that for sure a large event the organisers do not use a more robust ticket retailer, but I guess, what do they care, they sold all their tickets.
