Absolute shower of thieves. Booked concert tickets on a credit card through Ticketmaster. Show cancelled. In the meanwhile (9 months), the card I was using which was a corporate card was cancelled as I left the company. Wouldn't give me a refund as the card I booked with no longer existed. Absolute joke. Will never use them again.

After the disappointment of, out of naivety, being scammed by the another company and not getting my tickets for an earlier Take That concert (Still waiting for my money back through my credit card)I turned to Ticketmaster. Tickets for the concert in Manchester on the 28th have been with me for a week now. Fantastic service.

You can speak to somebody (eventually) The ticketmaster web site is poor. The servers can't cope and hang. Customer services take ages to answer, admit that when the tickets are "despatched" on the system, they haven't been sent, just printed, then hang up on you.
If there is a choice, dobn't use them

Tickets for The Prodigy arrived about 3 days after booking them, so im happy. Ticketmaster is easy to use. :)Nice. Im happy. Can't complain about anything really.

One of the few legit sites along with seetickets. Easy to order just set up an account first. Good selection of tickets. Tickets always arrive with Ticketmaster. Good customer service.

It does carry a service charge but still less than other sitesSometimes tickets take a while to arrive but at least they always do.

I recently received a gift card for ticketmaster, which I thought was a great present as I regularly go to music events. Only to find out that pretty much all the events arn't sold by ticketmaster but one of their sister companys, which don't accept the gift card. The only nights that they seem to sell are ridiculous priced ones for some horrible events. My family wasted money on this!

With Ticketmaster I am unable to attend children's show next week due to unforeseen family duties, can't get refund or even transfer tickets to another show... apparently it's all in the small print. Now living with one very disappointed daughter, and £30 lighter that I can't even spend on her to cheer her up.

I ordered tickets through www.ticketmaster.co.uk 4 months prior to the event. After not receiving it in within 2 months I decided to call to find out what was going on because a friend of mine told me that I should have already gotten them. I called, waited, was trasferred, was given different and numerous numbers until I was able to talk to someone to find out that they did not have my address on file so they had no where to deliver it to. Nothing, worst website i have ever gone on in my life, tried over 50 times to get ticekts got the tickets i wanted 6 times but still not being able to pay! Rubbish website.

I phoned everyday for five days leading up to the event as we had not recieved tickets, had paid extra for tickets to be delivered when we enquired as to their whereabouts we were told we could collect them from the box office on the night but the card holder had to be there, as the tickets were meant as a gift this was not what we had bargained for at all. (We all had to freeze waiting at the box office). What should have been a memorable night was ruined just because ticketmaster could not do ...

Tried to get extra tickets for Tina Turner concert at M.E.N Arena. Ticketmaster recomended getmein.com who recomended masterticket.com. This has turned out to be a bogus site and i have lost £150 + postage. I trusted a so called reputable company to help me and they let me down i will not use them again.

I think they rip off the fans by keeping many of the best tickets to sell at crazy prices it's a shame there is not some sort of regulater out there to sort them out, or even better another ticket agency to impress the promoters enough so that the bulk of the tickets are given to them as long as those tickets are sold at face value.

Having spent hours on the internet and on the phone it seems almost impossible to book tickets. I would not recommend the company to anyone.

I tried to get some tickets for the killers but couldn't get them throught ticketmaster, however they where available on GetMeIn! Very annoying and must be questionable. Anyone know how I could get this investigated.

Not a good selection of tickets available . All the good tickets appeared on their partner website (getmein) at inflated prices. Bit of a con?

Always use Ticketmaster with confidence that will never be conned. Only once did not recieve my tickets prior to Beyonce concert - however picked them up at venue booking office with a reference number after a quick call to a helpful customer services.

I do not recomend this website at all. When I needed assistance the member of staff I spoke to on the phone was very unhelpful. I have never known to get tickets being so stressful!

People often complain about the level of booking fees that Ticketmaster charges but they should be aware that the fees are agreed by Ticketmaster with the promoter or event organiser and often 50% of that fee is going to the promoter not Ticketmaster.

Ticketmaster should have given notification that on the last Saturday over half the advertised attractions would not be there and offered reduced seat prices accordingly. As it is many peole paid out full prices and only got less then half of an event, and there is no way those tents leaving was "an event or circumstance beyond it's reasonable control", to quote section 9 of their rules.

Never had a problem with this company. Ordered tickest using the automated telephone system two weeks ago and received the tickets today, 2 months and three weeks before event. Had booked Winehouse tickets last year and received text informing me of cancellation and refund was very quick too. Can't complain.
