I bought a ticket to Miguel that will be held in London. Next day I saw that they offered also VIP packages including tickets and preferred that one more. So I was searching in google for ticketmaster refund policy and found out that there is a period of 72 hours that I can return the ticket adn get a refund. So I bought the more expensive one and wanted to return this one. After 1 week I got a reply from ticketmaster.com that I should apply for a refund through ticketmaster.co.uk. “Absolutely crap!!!”

I'm saying that based on the fact that I have been a customer before and received a good service. However, on this occasion I can hardly believe it is the same company. I ordered tickets which failed to arrive and when I tried to query why - nothing!!! unable to get through on the phone from 9am over 4 hours of nothing. I purchased tickets to this event, found out it was postponed, and recieved an e-mail that ticketmaster would contact me. I have e-mailed them multiple times, attempted to call and only recieved an automated system, which was no help at all. I was told in the e-mail to contact them to switch days for the event and then I would also get a free ticket. The automated system is telling me that I will be refuned. I booked tickets online for Beating Retreat on Jun 11. Booking confirmed on 26 March by e-mail and that the tickets would be sent by post at a cost of £2.50, they did not turn up. I e-mailed Ticketmaster on 28 May no response I telephoned on 1 Jun and finally got to a representative after holding for 25 minutes. “Premium Rate Number - which you have to call”

Don't use Ticketmaster - they are just out to make money. They have a terrible website which doesn't work and then you have to call their premium rate number to book the tickets you want. The IVR alone is 2 minutes long and it took 18 minutes to book two simple theatre tickets. I only used them because someone bought me a gift card - wasn't much of a gift for me in the end… Read Full Review

Been trying to buy tickets for Les Mis for 3 days using vouchers we purchased. The seat diagram won't load, it says seats are available then won't offer you any. Someone should investigate Ticketmaster. It is the worst ticket buying system out there. Terrible customer service, will not let you choose your own tickets like other sites, and deliberately holds back tickets: been to a few concerts where tickets were not available and then empty during the concert! Alfie Boe – Liverpool Echo Arena Sunday 31st November 2014 – Half way through his set Mr Boe’s engagement with the audience resulted in the shouted comment ‘What’s it all about Alfie?” His reply; perhaps predictably in front of an audience from Cilla’s home town; was tastefully tongue in cheek - that he had never heard that one before. “Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! EVER”

I have been trying to contact Ticketmaster over the last 48 hours regarding some tickets I have yet to receive for a concert in less than 3 days. In excess of 35 phone calls, 2 an hour for each hour I have been awake. I was extremely angry to find that gift cards purchased for me as a leaving gift were out of date when I tried to use them. There is nothing on the cards themselves to indicate that there is a time limit and it was only when I read the 'small print' on the back of the package that I found reference to 12 months after activation being the time limit. having received £80 worth of theatre tickets i have found it almost impossible to get any tickets to a show i want to visit. Phone calls take 6 mins to get through the recorded messages (all repeats of previous ones) at 5p per minute to be told that they don't have tickets available for the show I want to see even though the theatre has loads of spare seats available. I ordered 4 tickets for a show, total cost £140.00. Glitch with the system resulted in 2 transactions. I now have 8 tickets for the same night at a total cost of £280.00.
