Used happily before but this time actually booking the tickets for a place the size of Wembley Stadium was a nightmare. Just 2 mins after the tickets went on sale I could'nt specify the higher price tickets but they did come up on a general search occasionally so they must have been available?! The security wiggly words which had to be copied each time you searched was a real pain and v annoying. As seating I didn't want kept coming up I Decided I would be better to phone but couldn't find the tel no anywhere! Eventually settled unhappily on some possibly ok seats after about 12 searches - constantly worried that all decent seats would be sold out by the time I booked!! At big venues could customers not specify preferred seating blocks? This would be much easier than random seat numbers from around a huge stadium. Tried to contact customer services to suggest this but totally gave up. Not a good experience. I will try another ticket seller next time.

Got a tickmaster gift card as a present and have to say that I have never experienced such difficulty with anything else. Tried to phone the no. on the card to order tickets and twice was kept waiting for over 20 minutes and still did not get through. Went in person to Edinburgh to try to get tickets at the Playhouse only to be told we had to phone or book on line. Tried to contact customer services to be told nobody was available, all in all a horrible experience and would not use Ticketm ...

Likes: was free cos a present
Dislikes: Absolute con. We have a had a £50 card for over a year and can find no entertainment whatsoever that can be paid for with this funking carp plastic excuse for a business.
5 stars - Oh yes - made you look..avoid Ticketmaster like the plague.

Above ratings not quite right but needed to put something here about Ticketmaster's gift cards. I cannot understand how even with small print and legal text they can legally get away with issuing gift cards with a 12 month expiry. In my opinion they are stealing the original purchaser's (My parents) money by forcing the cards to expire even if they are unused and to charge a £20 refund fee to get the remainder of the balance back is further robbery. This makes for the most expensive pie ...

Ordered tickets to see Oasis at Coventry, and although they only came a few days before the event it states that this is normal on the website. I was happy with the service. It said my tickets had been cancelled in my account so rang up customer services who were very helpful and told me that this was normal as the temporary tickets were cancelled and I was allocated with numbered, reserved tickets.

Would happily buy from them again and recommend to a friend. I know many people who use Ticketma ...

I bought my mum and dad tickets for the theatre from Ticketmaster with three weeks to go before the night. Not only did i have to chase them up with 2 days to go, the tickets received were not what i had ordered.

Bought 4 tickets in March in good faith and are still waiting for them to arrive. We paid over £250. No refund, no apology, no response to my calls or emails. The confirmation of my booking confirmed guaranteed delivery with tracking and signature required. They have not met their part of the contract and I will not go away.

Ordered tickets from ticketmaster and selected secure post as the said they would email me to let me know when tickets had been dispatched, therefore I would plan to be home to sign for them. No email received. No tickets received. Apparently they sent them via secure post and have GPS location and image of my front door to prove delivery, but no tickets came through my door and they can't prove otherwise! After many calls and emails they refused to sort replacement tickets. They have also refus ...

This is the second time Ticket Master has lost my tickets for the same event. Somehow they dispatch the tickets but don't deliver them to my home. As they will not duplicate tickets we will have to queue up at the Box office again. As we need to enter the venue at the disabled access this causes us considerable inconvenience. But do they care, not a jot. It is impossible to complain either on the phone or on the web. They are a law unto themselves and what's more annoying is that the promoters l ...

    Appalling service from Ticketmaster.

Two events booked in the same phone call - I couldn't use the website as it wouldn't allow me to choose the seats I wanted - but TicketMaster insisted they had to be taken as two separate bookings so they charged two booking fees, adding an extra £10.70 to the actual £70 ticket price!(i.e. TicketMaster added 15% extra to the cost).

E-mail confirmation received for only one of the events. Two weeks later and still no idea if the other booking ...

Absolute shower of thieves. Booked concert tickets on a credit card through Ticketmaster. Show cancelled. In the meanwhile (9 months), the card I was using which was a corporate card was cancelled as I left the company. Wouldn't give me a refund as the card I booked with no longer existed. Absolute joke. Will never use them again.

After the disappointment of, out of naivety, being scammed by the another company and not getting my tickets for an earlier Take That concert (Still waiting for my money back through my credit card)I turned to Ticketmaster. Tickets for the concert in Manchester on the 28th have been with me for a week now. Fantastic service.

You can speak to somebody (eventually) The ticketmaster web site is poor. The servers can't cope and hang. Customer services take ages to answer, admit that when the tickets are "despatched" on the system, they haven't been sent, just printed, then hang up on you.
If there is a choice, dobn't use them

One of the few legit sites along with seetickets. Easy to order just set up an account first. Good selection of tickets. Tickets always arrive with Ticketmaster. Good customer service.

It does carry a service charge but still less than other sitesSometimes tickets take a while to arrive but at least they always do.

I recently received a gift card for ticketmaster, which I thought was a great present as I regularly go to music events. Only to find out that pretty much all the events arn't sold by ticketmaster but one of their sister companys, which don't accept the gift card. The only nights that they seem to sell are ridiculous priced ones for some horrible events. My family wasted money on this!

With Ticketmaster I am unable to attend children's show next week due to unforeseen family duties, can't get refund or even transfer tickets to another show... apparently it's all in the small print. Now living with one very disappointed daughter, and £30 lighter that I can't even spend on her to cheer her up.
