It was a present for my mothers birthday. She thouroughly enjoyed the show and thought i had spent much more than i actually did (Always good).
The website was effective and easy to manouver. Got what i wanted quickly and efficiently, with a good range of discounted prices.
Well worth a look if you have a birthday coming up.

After having been told that Saturday nights were getting progressively busier due to the run up to the school half-term and Christmas, my friend and I were skeptical about our chances of purchasing tickets for a top-rated show at 4:30 on a Saturday evening and so approached the counter of one of the London Theatre Bookings outlets with an air of casualness in preparation for the dissapointment that was (supposedly) about to be divulged.
However, with a quick tap on the keyboard, the bright-eye ...- Read Sarah Beth's review (194 words)

Had real trouble finding Phantom eve performance in late April until i found this web site. Booked the tickets online on Thursday eve and they arrived on sat morning. Have seen the bad reviews which were quite a while ago now, so keeping my fingers crossed.
I was able to get eve performance tickets where everywhere else had sold out.- Read Guest's review (60 words)

Good seats in the stalls Row G for a Saturday night, at a couple of weeks notice, when all other websites had sold out ages ago.
Was slightly worried after reading some bad reviews and as this company is not as well known as ticket master for example, also its website was a bit unprofessional, so called the theatre and they said they had heard of londontheatrebookings so was reassured by them a bit. So looked for what seats they had available on their website and then ordered over the phone. T ...- Read Guest's review (246 words)

This is my first booking with London Theatre Bookings and so far the experience has been good. I tried all the main agents only to be overcharged on booking fees! I got A11 -A12 seats on a Saturday night in December! Face Value £55 I got them for £63!! I don't mind paying £13 for such good seats. Please don't tell me otherwise, I'll be so disappointed! So don't be put off by the other reviews give it a try!- Read loz2966's review (99 words)

Me and my friend didn't want to book from this site because of all the bad reviews and we're fretting about it for a while because we needed tickets really quickly for the next day. So we booked even though we weren't sure they would be good tickets or even real tickets - after reading the reviews we were totally put off. But we had nothing to worry about - we spent about £20 less on the tickets than we would have if we had booked with any other site. A great site to use for booking ticket ...- Read xgreengirlx's review (119 words)

I booked 7 tickets to see the Matinee performance of the Lion King, and was very worried after reading some of the previous reviews for the company. I need not have been, this was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made. The website was easy to use. I was able to view exactly where the available seats were before making my booking. The handling fee was average, but this company really came up tops with the postage costs, very reasonable. Some previous companies we had looked at wer ...- Read kobi37's review (161 words)

The tickets were invalid! It seems they had no right to sell the particular tickets we had purchased. We only found this out after being turfed out of our seats by the management as double booked, the valid ticket holders having arrived to find us in their seats.
London Theatre Booking totally ruined my wife's birthday treat.- Read volestrangler's review (61 words)

I have actually been told not to go to London Theatre Bookings (www.londontheatrebookings.com) as they charged my friends' credit card twice. So now I use TicketMaster. They are reliable and all you have to do is pick up the tickets from the venue unlike London Theatre Bookings who require you to track from one end of London's West End to pick up the tickets and then make your way to the theatre.- Read Kaitlyn's review (74 words)

London Theatre Bookings www.londontheatrebookings.com - They are as bad as they come. The customer service attendants at the London office are inept. We went to collect tickets and this is what happened:
- No knowledge of credit card system - took our card and went missing for some time while they accused us of not giving it to them. Then it miraculously appeared on their desk some time later.
- Did give us what we paid for. Not enough tickets for the show which we didn't realise until w ...- Read felix's review (149 words)

London Theatre Bookings (www.londontheatrebookings.com) prides itself for having excellent customer service when it is false. The customer service clerks at the collection point in central london have no idea of customer service. They did not give us the number of tickets paid for, were rude, did not know there booking systems, lost our credit card which was given to them and claimed we never gave it and "found" it 5 minutes later, purposely delayed us getting our tickets so as to make us late ...- Read dok's review (134 words)

London Theatre Bookings will make your theatre outing extremely unpleasant and will certainly leave a bad taste in your mouth! Avoid them at all costs. My experience with Ticket Master was great! Definitely the preferred agency to go with.- Read jayani's review (44 words)
