    Bad Points: No criticisms with 118499 as such, but when calling any 118 number from a mobile you get stung by the greedy network operators (Orange charged me £1.72 for a missdialed 1 second call).


    General comments: I've been using Share Communication 118 499 for over a year now and am very pleased with the service.They share their profits with Barnardo's and The British Red Cross, which makes it very worthwhile. Get the number. Give to charity. With 118118 and other charging me between 69p and 89p, I'll continue using 118499 thanks.

    It's a good point that only half the money goes to 118 499 itself, and the service is as good as you need it to be on a casual basis
