I tried Veet only 2 weeeks ago. Thank god I just tried it under my arms, after a few seconds it stung like mad, I washed it off and was left with big red burn marks. It was so painful I couldnt even put my arms down for a few hours. I went to bed with Sudocreme under my armpit and not able to wear deodorant for a few days. Disgusting product and thank god I didnt use it on my bikini line and legs or I think I would have had to have a trip to A & E. I worry that this product is not safe and should be taken off the shelves asap.

Veet hair removal cream is an aweful product that should never be recommended to anyone. My friend used this on their legs, and within ten minutes, has a gruesome red rash all over their legs from top to bottom, with occasional bright red patches of skin. The skin test was fine, but the rash seemed to be a gradual thing. I would have liked to have read reviews before having purchased this product for them. Disgusting.

I used veet hair removal cream years ago and it was great but then went back to shaving. However, I decided to used hair removal cream again and bought a tube of veet. I applied it to my armpits and it started to sting, after waiting 3 minutes I removed it to find a sore red rash with blisters. £ weeks later I still have red areas and a couple of blisters that will not heel. Need I say that I have gone back to shaving.

Veet - definitely not a girl's treat! and NOT fit for purpose and I would go as far to say it is dangerous! I followed manuf instructions and having only applied it to my armpits for a few seconds I immediately felt it burning me. I suffered burns for over a week. I also have a friend who needed hospital treatment for the severity of her burns to her bikini line. I've reported this to Consumer Direct (Trading Standards) and "Which" who are planning to test it against others on the market. My adv ...

Veet hair removal cream used to be half decent. It would remove all the hair and leave me with smooth soft skin. However last night I used it, and well, it did half a job. It removed half of the hair and what it did remove had become an annoying stubble. I used it under my arm too and to my dismay I woke up this morning with a huge rash, and no hair removed. I don't know whether they changed the formula or not but this has never happened to me before. Another person I spoke to used it recently a ...

I have to say that is my first product that i have used. Veet Hair Removal Cream removes most if not, all the hair. I experienced a really big red patch after using it, I liked the part when it was 3 minute and removed pretty quick but then afterwards you're left with stubble, ALOT of stubble. I'm not even joking here, now i need to pluck it out and waste more time. I swear that shaving is better than this. This literally gives you a half shaved grassland on your armpits. (i used it on my armpit ...

I just used Virgin Vie Perfect Balance Foundation not long ago, and as soon as i put it on it started to burn a little. I left it on for a bit longer as i thought it may be normal but the burning intensified. I washed it off as quickly as possible and noticed my skin was so sore it was bleeding a little and i am now left with painful rashes on the backs of my legs. Although it worked really well, i wont be using this product again.

I actually like this product. Veet Hair Removal Cream is a decent product. I bought the first can, since I have never picked up a razor in my life, I thought, 'Hey! This could increase my experience about hair removal methods.' So, I used it on my legs and underarms, and it worked really well on my legs, and the underarms, not so much. I found stubble within a few days of using the product. Some other reviews have said that, when doing their legs, the product made them have a skin reaction to it ...

I decided to use Veet hair Removal Cream beacuse i was tired of shaving and as they always say on there adverts "You can go for weeks" I thought Great! So i got some shocked at the price but thought i'll only have to use it now and then.

So i put it on all is fine till i get to about the 5 min mark when it starts burining so i check like it says but there is still hair so i decide to wait till 10 mins (The max time advised)I thought the burning wasn't too bad for it to be anything serious i ta ...

Veet Hair Removal Cream is a horrible product, only wish I'd checked out some reviews of it before using it myself!
Followed the instructions to the letter, including the skin test with no side effects. When I tried it on my legs though it began to burn straight away so immediately washed it off. Even then I have been left with painful burning rash.
To anyone else who has the same problem I advise lots of aftersun and sudocream- has reduced the burning slightly, soothing it.
    Would NEVER use thi ...

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I used Veet Hair Removal Cream on my bikini line, and for sensitive skin it says to check it after 3-4 minutes. So after 3 minutes I check a small area... nothing has happened. I wait 3 more and then just take it all off to avoid more irritation then necessary. It has removed some hair but there is stubble everywhere! It doesnt remove the whole hair at all!!! I didnt even want to try the cream they provide for afterwards so I used some aloe vera... very disapointing - this ...

Since I don't have much hair on my legs, I had been shaving my legs for years, until I realized this is one of the least efficient methods of hair removing and decided to try something new. I wasn't brave enough to try waxing, so I went for the Veet Hair Removal Cream. As I was advised to get the cream in the blue box (i was told it smelled better than the other ones), I noticed that the price is definitely very big for a 100ml pack. Still, I purchased the product and decided to try it.The first ...

I used Veet facial hair removal cream for sensitive skin for the first time a few days ago. It removed the lighter, finer hairs just fine, but it burned (a bit) and my face was very tender and sore for a full day after, plus there was a bit of redness for a few hours. And, it didn't even touch the darker, courser hairs that I really wanted it to remove! ! All in all, not a very good product.
