    Good Points: Good colour display.
    Very user-friendly.
    Light,convienient to use.
    Looks great.
    No problem encountered so far.


    Bad Points: Lacks camera/bluetooth etc.
    Ringtones present not too good.
    Sometimes there are echoes while talking.


    General comments: In my opinion the Samsung X430 is a good phone for the features it has. It is user friendly and looks great. I really like this phone. Maybe it does lack a few features like Handsfree speaker, bluetooth, camera, mp3 player or rintones etc. But it's a good buy. So if you aren't looking for a phone with bluetooth/camera etc, it sure is a good buy.

    The Samsung SGH X430 is a great phone, user friendly, has mostly everything that you could want. Only things missing are Bluetooth and a camera but those are not a requirement for me. I love this phone.

    Samsung SGH X430 - I've owned several mobiles of other makes (Sony Ericson Motorola, Nokia) and this is the best I've had so far. It's neat and easy to use. Sound quality is excellent on my example. A previous reviewer complained of a lack of game availability. All I can say to that is buy a Playstation. I prefer to use my phone for making phone calls and for that this phone is great!

    Apart from the points given above, the service in India (specifically Bangalore) is very poor. They won't take anything under warranty and will say that the particular malfunction is due to mis-handling. We call up Samsung local office and get similar answer right on the phone. Nobody sees the phone before commenting. Very poor.

    Had to sell it off for very less.

    I found the Samsung SGH-X430 after I had gone through almost all the phones in the market. This is a perfect phone in this price band. Having a really good display than Nokia phones. Battery life is quite good even when you use GPRS service. I'm using this phone with HUTCH network and WAP services are quite fast. But beware of downloading too much stuff, otherwise it may hang and you have to remove the battery to get started again.
