I purchased a Manfrotto carbon fiber tripod and received the Item next day, Excellent customer service and cheaper from other company. I would definitely use this company again.

Ordered a Canon EOS 5D mark II via the Walters Photo and Video website and received the SagePay confirmation. Checking my email later in the day, I found an email from Walters saying "You are a fraud, get a job" . I was initially amused until I had found they had cancelled the order!!! There was some excuse about a low rating on my address but having spent 15 years there it was a very weak excuse .

Have just spent £3.5k with Jessops using same card and address and the base item was cheap ...

Best Price and quick delivery at Walters Photo and Video , I ordered binoculars Nikon EX 10x50 on Wednesday night, it was dispatched from their shop in Walles next day and delivered to my address in NE Scotland on Friday morning.

Very good experience with Walters Photo and Video. Phoned them up to check that they had Canon EF 24mm in stock. They said yes, I ordered over the web, package arrived next day. Just a very good experience, how shopping over the internet should be.

Walters Photo and Video. Great Price, fast delivery, excellent customer service. Ordered an Olympus E-3 from them which arrived next working day. Unfortunately the battery ,charger and strap were missing. I rang them and received the missing items in the post the following day. Very helpful and pleasant on the phone.
