Has good power when a new c02 is in, but fades quickly, good for scaring pesky squirrles, but it's like you hit them with a pillow. I fount the Crosman Auto Air to be relatively cheap.

I got this AA II from my dad about 10 years ago. I used it a lot along with my Crosman 600 for many years. I just picked them back up after about 7 years and they still work well. I agree with the previous reviews that the AA II is too light to have such a heavy trigger. I remember struggling to pull it when I was younger, and now I notice it negatively effects my shot. Overall, I recommend it as a good, safe, beginners airgun, and I continue to use it today.

I've had this pistol for over 10 years. I bought it from a Service Merchandise store when it was going out of business, and I got it for 50% off. It had been worth the purchase price, but I would not pay full price for one of these (if they are even still available). The safety button broke on mine, and constantly slipped into the on position. I would have to shoot with a finger pressing on the safety button, so I decided that was less safe than just eliminating the safety button anyway. Th ...

My gun only lasted a year even with all the pellgun oil I could put through the thing it still developed a severe leak. After taking it apart I discovered the hart of the gun was the same as my Daisy 93. That gun was also short lived because of a bad leak. This gun was kind of fun to shoot for the short time it lasted. It was never very accurate even with high end pellets but how could it be with the worst trigger yet. It was betted suited to firing BB, because you needed to use the whole mag to ...

I got my Crosman Auto Air II from Canadian Tire cheap. It did last me 10 mouths and 3000 shoots. I had to get my money back because it was leaking co2 while pulling the trigger. Any gun that does not last a year I would not recommend. But it was fun to use.

Overall the Crosman Auto Air II is a good pistol; I think mine was $40 at K-Mart. It's a fairly high velocity pistol (440fps), especially for the price range. It's relatively accurate as well. The ability to use Pellets is nice to.
My main gripe with the AAII is the trigger! It's very heavy, and since the gun is so light, it makes accurate shots very difficult. The Reflex sight is nice, but I prefer to use it on my brother's rifle. I get around 50-60 shots from a 12 gram CO2, so that ...
