Good Points: Affordable and modifiable. Easy to work on and different.

Bad Points: Limited in increasable FPS

General comments: Guess I like different things! The little gun is not much more than a big pistol so it has a small travel in the spring and piston department. Being like a pistol it should be shot as one. It is however a powerful pistol and a big pistol. Mine shoots 400-440 fps pellet depending. And it's fairly accurate as it has a rather long barrel for a pistol. It is a lot of fun shooting it 10-20 yards anything more and you will be disappointed. Folds up for easy transport. Better performance from .177.I like it

The pistol grip broke off of this piece of junk while cocking after only 20 shots, taking half of the trigger guard with. Actually it wasn't the plastic grip itself that broke, but the wood stock that it was bolted on to with one mall bolt it. The stock splintered all to pieces.I wasn't abusing it at all, but cocking per instructions in the manual.

The Hercules XS-B7(.22) dieseled quite a bit for the first hundred rounds or so, throwing pellets in a very broad pattern with obvious ups and downs in velocity. Eventually settling in, it got much more consistent in power and accuracy. I put a cheap 4x20 Tasco on it and found that from a bench rest one inch groups were easy from forty to fifty feet. Because the rifle is lower in the power class, the cheap scope seems to be surviving the recoil. I seemed to get the best accuracy from 14.1 grain ...
