Good Points: It has everything you need in a mobile and is a reasonable size and looks good.

Bad Points: But you can't personalise it by downloading tones and games and the ringtones you get with it are poor!

General comments: The phone looks class and you just want to flash it around to everyone. I love takin it to school, you can turn down the key volume and text your friends or girlfriend and your teacher won't even know! But it is quite disappointing that you can't download tones or games but the phone is still mint

Great looking little phone. Although you cannot "personalise" it by downloading new tunes, screensavers or add cases, the features it provides as standard cover everything you could want from a basic phone. Seems fairly robust. I got mine for a complete bargin price.

Finally got round to buying my first mobile phone back in Feb and found that the DB4000 seemed the best match for me - and only £40 on BT Cellnet PAYG. It worked out well so I bought a second one for my wife a month or so later.

I had mixed feelings about the flip being a pain - it is a drag having to open the phone to use it. However, it does protect the buttons and I'm kind of relieved/smug that I should never be guilty of making an accidental emergency call.

I keep mine in my po ...

I initially got a DB4000 in October of last year, having been very impressed with it's predecessor the DB2000 I was happy to pay the upgrade fee at the end of my contract to replace a handset with a slightly wobbly battery clip.
After a few months I had to take the phone back to the shop for repair after getting SIM FAULT messages. after a repair it seemed ok for about a week until it came up with the same fault again, this was added to by the software on the phone crashing randomly (stopping ...

I bought this mobile phone last year and was initially very pleased with it. Phones don't get much smaller than this and it looked great. It's standby also lasted for ages and it took no time to charge. However, during the period of 1 year the vibrating mechanism has decided to die 3 times and the aerial also worked loose. It's pretty fragile. In addition, it doesn't have predictive text and generally doesn't have as many features as recent Nokias. If it hadn't have broken on me three time ...
