    I booked my husband's 40th birthday surprise through Destinology. Sadie, my contact there was extremely professional and very enthusiastic. Everything went smoothly. The hotels suggested were all good, the transfers were all on time and went smoothly. I paid a bit more than I had wanted to but it was the best quote offered for the holiday combination(Hong Kong & Thailand).
    I was so impressed with the service I received that a month later I used Destinology again to book my sisters' honeymoon and would definitely use them again myself in the future.

    We purchased our honeymoon trip through destinology.com more than a week ago. Destinology failed to give us a receipt or any kind of reference number for days. We spent hours on the phone trying to chase our travel agent. When we phoned the hotel in the maldives they had never heard of our names. We are looking into canceling the credit card purchase as fraud. We found very similar prices at a local travel agency.     Having decided to take the step of booking a luxury honeymoon in the Maldives, my partner and I set about looking on the net for the best deals.     Destinology organized a holiday package for me in Mauritius and I had a wonderful time. Their attention to detail, organization of logistics and promptness and courteousness in replying was impeccable. I will definitely be using Destinology when I travel again and highly recommend their services.

    Excellent service from Destinology. Nice touches that make you feel that little more special were the cards sent before and after a trip personally written by them. We have booked two holidays through Destinology and have had excellent service on both occasions. First one was to New Jersey NYC in August and the second to Dubai and the Maldives in November.     We booked our hotel in Phuket through Destinology. Had a problem when we arrived and I called Mel and she sorted the problem out for us straight away.Kept us imformed of progress throughout her contact with our hotel. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Very helpful.

    I had a fantastic holiday with Destinology in Habtoor Grand in Dubai on october 2008 for my 40th. The package and after sales everything was great. It was Ramadan. I am now looking for another package.

    From our initial approach to Destinology onwards we received the most efficient and friendly service. It is rare these days to be treated as a 'person' rather than a 'customer' and it has ensured that we will go back to this company first to book all future holidays.

    We have been dealing with Destinology for the past 6/8 months booking 2 holidays with them. We have had good quality service from all who answer the phone, the very best of deals and having taken one of our holidays already to Bali, there is only good that we can say about this company. We now look forward to going to Langkawi in the next few weeks and the service and information given to us has been wonderful and unrivalled by any other company we have used in the past, and that is a few as we ...

    I'm in the middle of booking with Destinology, and may not be going for another month but they said they would take payment and send me a confo and receipt the same day. Nothing happened until I chased, said they would send receipt first class, it is now 4 days on and no receipt. I'm sure if I chase they will sort it out but when you have spent 6k on a holiday you expect a receipt soon.

    We used to travel to Thailand via London Heathrow. What an absolute dump!! Instead and on the recommendation of Destinology we now travel via Doha with Qatar, not the cheapest but overall the quality of service is as good, if not better than the major national airlines. Give this company a ring...and guess what the telephone call is free!! Now how many other travel companies can you say that about?

    We recently booked with Destinology to go to South Africa after my brother had a good experience booking a holiday with them last year. Overall, I found their service and attention to detail were great. When I initially called their call centre, I was put through to a member of staff who had recently visited South Africa. She was able to offer some great advice on lodges she had actually visited on a staff trip and had good knowledge about day trips and restaurants in the area we wanted to stay. ...

    Very disappointed, took my money didn't keep in touch, did not send confirmation till I chased them up. Flight times and connections were badly thought out ..Would not recommend at all.....

    Efficient and good value! Good customer service. Recommended by a friend to me. Destinology are really knowledgeable and they all work as a team. The consultant I spoke with was honest and said that she didn't know much about the destination I wanted to go to so she called her colleague and she was happy to chat to me, even though she was prob busy herself she took the time out to help me. Prices are good and it was explained to me that it was busy so the price could change. EXCELLENT!

    Destinology was recommended to us by a family member. We will use them again without hesitation and would recommend them to anyone. This is a standard of service that we thought was long-gone.

    I booked my honeymoon to the Maldives with Destinology and found their customer service to be excellent. This was a big spend for us and the lady dealing with us was more than happy to answer our many questions and was friendly at all times.

    They deal direct with hotels to get the best deals so we found their prices better than standard high street packages. We even got a nice card from the agent wishing us a happy honeymoon, definitely not something you would get from other travel agents!! ...
