    Good Points: Great value for money


    Bad Points: Rooms quite small and the 2 lifts are inadequate for such a large hotel


    General comments: This was a very cheap holiday mainly for the kids in early season and was far better than expected. The hotel is nice and clean. We went all inclusive, the food was delicious, couldn't fault it in any way, a vast amount of choice catering for all needs and all freshly cooked. In fact I still need to shift some of the weight I gained whilst there! The pool was adequate as it wasn't high season though I can expect it to get rather crowded when it is. It's a fair walk down to the beach, lots of steps, but with lots of shops and stalls its a nice walk (there is a lift which you can take down to the beach to avoid the steps). If you want a cheap sunny getaway its ideal, we'll be going back.

    Everything was great but the food and view were outstanding. Bad points, That we didn't stay long enough. I would recommend the Griego Mar Hotel in Torremolinos and I wished we'd stayed longer. I will be back.

    The Package included air conditioned room.
    The Griego Mar switched this off during the periods of 2am to 10 pm. Torremolinos is currently having an average temperature of 35 degrees. The CNN weather reports were warning of the dangers of these extreme conditions.
    I made an official complaint as the rooms were exceeding 30 degrees plus, they said it was management policy. I spent the entire holiday sleeping on the balcony. My wife is now under the doctor for a poisonous foot caused by mosquito ...
