Anemi Apartments - Very nice, small and clean hotel.Beautiful mountains view from balcony.Close to the beach, shops and restaurants.Next to the hotel is the English pub with good food and drinks. There is also play corner for children which is very useful for parents during the holiday.
The staff is very nice and helpful, especially one lady-Eva.
The swimming pool could be bigger but that's only one thing which could be better.
We spent there one week in June and was very nice, quiet and not too hot. This is perfect time for family holidays, after could be too busy and loudly.

We have just returned home from what we would call a nightmare of a place. Anemi Apartments we were allocated the studio closest to the pool and for the first two nights everything was OK apart from the odd cockroach. Then on the third night all hell broke loose. Hoards of drunken British folk arrived early in the morning, shouting, slamming doors, and jumping in the pool which was supposed to close at 8pm. My partner and I put this down to first night youthful excitement, probably it was their first holiday without their parents.
On the next night we were awoken at around 3am by a group of drunken teenagers retuning from Malia (which is just up the beach road) who were sat around the pool drinking, shouting, and jumping in the pool. This went on until 7am when they finally went to bed. We complained to the staff and the rep and he said he would warn them about the behaviour.
On the next night the same thing happened again, my partner went out to tell them to keep the noise down but was met by a volley of verbal abuse. In the morning we contacted the tour operator as we were fed up with the whole situation and after many phone calls to the head office we were eventually moved to another hotel at our expense. So if you want to sleep at night I'd think twice about staying here.

Very basic, but clean. Could be improved so much with some low cost maintenance and more reasonable charges for important so called extras. We will not be returning to the Anemi Apartments.

Lovely place to stay although it is a very small site. The pool could have been bigger and it would have been better if there had been a shallow end as the whole pool was quite deep. The food in the restaurant was always fantastic and very modestly priced. Despite the fact we went self-catering, we ended up eating most of our meals in the restaurant which is called The Rose and Crown

Anemi Apartments is a lovely place, quiet location although on the main road, very convenient, not too big and family run - they make you feel part of their family. Manos, Yannis and Maria, George and Soula are all brilliant and will bend over backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay. The restaurant is fantastic too, always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
Late night drinks in the bar with Manos are definitely worth staying up for and most people who stay here end up friends. Have been to the Anemi twice and can't fault it!

Although we don't like to admit it, we do like a bit of England abroad. At Anemi Apartments you have the best of both worlds with a Greek atmosphere with English products. Very friendly staff. Manos (very nice, very nice! (his constant catch phrase)even drove us to the airport in his own time and would not accept anything for doing so.
Overall an excellent place to relax over whatever takes your fancy. Highly recommended
