Bad Points: Motorola handsets are third quality sets. no battery backup + Wrong commitments of the company just sell the handsets
General comments: I will recommend not to buy motorola , because as it is tough to exist with motorola but more tough to talk to Motorola company who never try to help customers

Come on guys! Don't put Motorola down. Sure, the people that work for them are rude, your phones will break, and the buttons won't work and you'll have to replace them every 6 months, but they have THE BEST PLANS. Everything is cheap. Great family plans and affordable nice phones (well nice for the first month), and texting is very cheap through them. I would suggest them for a kid paying for his own phone.

It is about time Motorola started to fix the data transfer belt problem. This problem has been evident in all their flip phones from day one! Why do other manufacturers not have this problem?
I have purchased a few Motorola flip phones, and I gave them the chance to rectify the problem, but with no joy.
I would suggest you spend your hard earned cash on a Nokia, as they are far more superior mobile phones with "NO BREAKDOWNS". My Nokia has fell out of my shirt pocket, down the toilet, and ...

Motorola have a very poor service your phone is ok for about 6 to 7 months then it starts to play up. Bad warranty. Don't buy buy a Samsung :D

On and off problems:-
Camera broke after less than a year.
No battery life after less than a day, even if it was only turned on and not used.
Corrupted software.
Countless times, I had to master how to reset the handset to get it to work.
During the warranty period, I reached my fourth handset replacement, and now that the warranty has expired, I am stuck with a phone that only works when it wants to.
The warranty was judged from purchase, and not from the replacement dates.
