    Good Points: I text in capital letters always have, always will.
    My old alcatel stayed on capital letters when I set it.


    Bad Points: Bad marketing from alcatel . If I knew they still made mobile phones I would not have bought other models


    General comments: Today is a happy happy day!! I just found out that alcatel still make phones.
    My old Alcatel was the best phone I've ever used. I don't remember the model but it was a joy to use.
    Logical menus, strong and robust easy to use

    Not many people have heard of this mobile phone make but if you want a cheap phone just for a few weeks until you get a new one (like i did) then this is excellent. I got a OT S211 for £9 and it even has an FM radio! It didn't break and i was happy with it so i have now decided to keep it. I prefer it to my other phone, The samsung SGH - ZM60

    Honestly,i don't even know how to start recomending alcatel product.infact it's mervelous.the only problem is that i don't how to activate my mobile browser & how to download from pc suit, am using the product bh4alcatel.

    Alcatel is not a leading brand in HK at all, in fact not many people know about it. I was skeptical about the quality before I bought my OT556. Surprisingly, it served me very well! At least I don't have to go to the service center frequently.

    Why I said it is good? I have send over 1000 SMS monthly, yes over one thousand SMS monthly and I drop it frequently. It is still going well after 19 months for around USD90 brand new back then, it is well worth the money! I hope they have more function ...
